DID NOT GET SERVICED AND HAIRSTYLIST TOOK $100 DOLLARS FROM US! My mother went in wanting to get a gift card for my grandmas birthday, which was late August. A woman named Allison Newman wrote down her name and phone number and My mother gave that gift card to my grandma. My grandma called the number, straight to voicemail. She called the number to the store, straight to voicemail. MY GRANDMA, MY MOM, AND ME (daughter) COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE UNTIL MID NOVEMBER! We called all the numbers on the doors, all went straight to voicemail. Today, late November, one of the hairdressers called me back and told me Allison doesn’t work there anymore and that she or the owner aren’t liable. She didn’t offer to help us in any way and tried to make me feel bad for this Allison woman? She Basically said, she took your money and we aren’t going to do anything about it. The owner called me back later that day kind of trying to “laugh” off the situation and basically said the same thing the hairstylist told me which is so sad and disgusting. You would think if you told the owner of a business that someone they let work there steal $100 dollars from us they would at least try to make it right. I’m so sad that this has happened to me and my family and I hope this business sees how wrong this is. (The two woman that I spoke with over the phone are the two names and numbers on the front door of the store.)

Allison is amazing. I have been with her for years and I always follow her no matter where. She did the most amazing cut on me today..I needed a boost and she made me feel so pretty and i walked out feeling confident once again. She always makes me feel great..with a great hairstylist anything is possible..

Have called and left message twice asking about a pedicure. I advised I was male and never a return call or response. She is either Not wanting business or is homophobic, etc. Will never call them again. Would have been fine if she just returned call and said she did not work on men’s feet. Just unprofessiona!
