EDIT after response: Look at the photo I uploaded. You received the package Saturday at 3:00pm. Final dropoff for Monday delivery was listed as 4:00pm on the UPS website. You didn't send it out until Tuesday at 5:58pm. There is absolutely no excuse. Either you held it for three days or lost it for three days. Either situation is unacceptable and the fact that you won't take accountability only strengthens my point.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
This location waited three days to start shipping my Next Day Air Saver package. I dropped it off Saturday, it was guaranteed by EOD Monday. This location didn't ship it out until Tuesday. I nearly lost my job. According to the manager, because it's a franchise, this location doesn't have to follow UPS policy on delivery times if you don't purchase the label at their store.
I submitted a complaint to corporate UPS, who promptly refunded me and said that the store is 100% wrong. A franchise still has to follow the delivery policies of UPS.
Deliberately delaying packages because your store doesn't make a few extra dollars is ridiculous. I will go out of my way to go to another location in the future.

Tom helped me so much by getting a hold of a UPS facility and figuring out an unacceptable delivery situation where the UPS driver had attempted my delivery only 1 time before sending it ALL the way back to the sender country across the country. Ridiculous. Tom really stood up for me and handled the situation with professionalism. Thanks brother. Your store is lucky to have you.

I did a drop off of a Spectrum cable box at the UPS store, and it only took a couple minutes.
They gave me a verification number so I can prove it was dropped off.
