Always a great experience. MANUALLY SCAN YOUR OWN ITEMS AT THE ENTRANCE. I see so many reviews say it takes forever for them to scan them. Do it yourself if you printed your own label.

It's a post office, not really anything of note in general. But...
BEWARE if you have a P.O. Box here, if you have a forwarding address set on it to a residence for mail delivery, they will ONLY forward LETTER mail to it, if you have PACKAGES sent to it, they will have it shipped off and DESTROYED. I had a limited run plushie destroyed because of this and they did absolutley nothing to retrieve my package, even though it was shipped off the same day, only a few hours before I came to check if I had any mail arrive. A worker even showed me a printout of a PICTURE of said package that they took of it!! I gave them all the information I possibly could for them to contact me and for it to be redelivered, but I guess the worker did not give a single F and did not pursue having the package get redelivered, even though they reassured me it would. The people working there may be nice, but that logic for package delivery is the most abysmal I have ever experienced. This took place in 2021.

Priority mail, rush perishable insulated container containg medication took three days to travel 90 miles and sat in the local carrier's trunk from 6:10 am to 4:26 pm on a hot day. The medication, costing hundreds of dollars, Ice packs were actually hot to the touch, medication ruined.

Horrible Service! Dropped a package off and still no tracking number after 72 hours. Worst service I have ever had at a post office . Tried calling them non stop for 3 hours and just keeps ringing . They never pickup the phones .

I am an ebay seller so I depend on tracking my packages but the fill in carriers for my regular carrier (Tony) never scan them in so I can't track packages unless they are scanned in down the line. Tony is my only reliable carrier.

Went in for a on sight service but didn't have enough proof of residence. I was expecting to have to go get it and come back and wait in line. Instead I was informed I could show proof by pulling up my car registration and to just let her know when I found it that I didn't have to wait in line again. So I stepped aside and found the information needed and was called next . I was treated with the utmost respect by a very kind Woman even though I was confused ,anxious and nervous. I don't recall her name but I would like to thank her so very much for all her help. So Thank You! 😀

dropped package off, was never scanned in and they cannot find it. Even the very next day. I am guessing someone has stolen it at this location and will be filing a police report.

I went here to ship some items away and the lady at the far right desk pointed to a roll of tape that I thought I could use as a courtesy to tape my package but instead charged me for the roll of tape, without even letting me know beforehand that I would be charged. I had to look at my receipt after I was about to leave to see that she actually charged me for the roll of tape. A heads up would have been nice.

I stopped here on Wednesday hoping to get help returning a package with a bar code. Staff were unfriendly and no help at all. It’s pretty sad that I live in Ormond Beach and have to go to the Holly Hill post office to get good service.
