Poor customer service. Waited over 20 minutes to mail a package! The self service kiosk in the lobby area has been down for weeks.

I have never had a bad experience at this Post Office in all the years I have been going there. They are always polite and friendly to me and my mail always gets to where it's supposed to go. Also,all these people complaining about their missing packages, I've never ,ever had that problem.Our carriers have been the best,oh,and all you people complaining that our tax dollars completely fund the postal service you're wrong. The Postal Service supports itself and gets minimal money from the government.

Two packages, two weeks. Two forwarded packages to an unknown address with no explanation. Dunno why, dunno where.I’m not a small government person, but it’s time to shut this agency down.

Wow. I went to the Ormond office for the first time. The young lady working there was beyond rude. Shockingly so. Skip this office and go to the Port Orange office. They are always helpful and nice.I would say maybe it was a one off experience but clearly by all the reviews on this location, this is the norm there.

If you look at the other post offices in the area, this one stands out. The people here obviously don’t care about anything else but a paycheck (which comes out of tax dollars, typical parasite) and it shows. The level of apathy on display here is unreal. Go to literally any other location if you can. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at other USPS locations, can’t say the same for these people

Considering the reputation that has been placed upon this company because of their jaded involvement in the 2020 election, the increase in misdelivered mail &theft of checks via mail, my recommendation would be to not use your home mail box pickup for any check payments!

I love the convenience of this please. The staff is always clear and helpful. I'm there multiple times a week and if there is a line or they are closed I use the 24 hr label machine they have in the hallway and ship at my convenience w no wait.. wish every place was like this.

One of the worst post offices and ridiculous that I would have to travel 30 minutes anytime I just wanted to drop by my local post office. That's how far out-of-the-way they are from much of the town as they are just minutes from the cornfields and cows. The people there are rude, don't recommend but the only thing that is worse is the one beach side. Both of them need a total makeover and you're lucky if you get somebody that even has their teeth. That's Ormond and Daytona for you.

Mailed a greeting card for a coworker today. Customer service said it did not bend so it was a package. When I told her it was just a card with a hard face, she looked at me accusingly like I was lying. She charged 4.50 to mail a normal sized greeting card because she could not bend it. Why was she trying to bend it, who knows?The card was for an employee returning to work after a stroke, nothing else in it. Cannot imagine why the postal service is such a mess.

Customer service at the desk is great but the service and mail delivery for PO Boxes is abysmal. Half the time they won’t deliver my packages and put a piece of paper in requesting I pick it up at the desk. I have a PO Box because I work full time and don’t want to stand in line to pick up my mail. What is the point of paying for a box if I have to go to the front to pick up my mail during limited open hours anyways?
