Had nothing to do with purchases but the manager and staff went above and beyond when a young lady's car broke down in the turn lane at Granada and Nova Road. She had called Triple A but was afraid because she had her baby in the car with her and even though she had flashers on, cars were still rude. Didn't have my phone and your Mgr and employee came out to assist the situation to help. It seemed someone did show and was helping but I just want to thank and praise your people for stepping up to help....not many of this type anymore! A big 10 stars to these special people!!!!

I paid to have a prescription delivered and was given conflicting information by the associates working at various hours of the day. They seem to be lacking in good customer service skills. They use door dash to deliver and whoever delivered my prescription left it on the ground outside my door and both my landlord and I were home. They never even knocked on the door to let us know. I think you can do better than that.

Particularly this Walgreens, they wound up charging my fiancé full price for a prescriptions, and didn't even advisor or let her know that there are discount prices or discount apps that she could use to get cheaper for her prescriptions. They just went ahead and charged her full price and just backed her with no lotion. that upset me

I love me a Walgreens! The stores are always clean, and if you're a customer, you can use the always open restroom. The staff are always available and helpful. They're open late, which is great, if you don't want to go to a grocery store, but you need something now. There's an ATM in every Walgreens, tucked in a corner near the front of the store usually. But, my favorite thing about Walgreens is, you can get anything delivered, even prescription medications, thru Doordash! You have to download the app and order through there or go through the Walgreens website/app and choose delivery.

It was great!! Great manager and employees knew you by name. Changed managers all employees are no longer there except the two pharmacist and two helpers back thete.They are doing double the work checking out employees and working the window. Lines are crazy long. Seen a manager come up to the front saw the line and hightailed it to another direction.
