I just have less than positive vibes in most Walmarts. Sorry but not really.

Able to find the things I need. Pricing on certain things is good but other food products and paper products somewhat high, getting close to other high end markets. Produce is a little more cost effective.

If you wanna be treated with respect, do not go to the service department and ask Gail for any assistance she's very rude. She has no manners and the windshield wiper that she insisted would fit which I told her it did not look like my attachment made me go to service Sign in to service guys looked at it tried to put it on would not fit only to have to stand there and wait on a refund so literally wasted an hour of my time and she didn't even have enough courtesy to say thank you when she refunded my money

Only gave this 5 star because i took my car into service to have a tire replaced and everyone in the service department was talking and not working at all but Zack in service stayed on my car til it was completely done. He went above and beyond! He is definitely one of the best employees i have seen work so hard! I hope you are paying this gentleman what he deserves! Great job Zack! Thank you!

I come to this Walmart all the time, it’s decent and not terrible. Today, I couldn’t say the same. Around 11 am I came in just to get something for my car. I went to the 10 items or less. It was an elderly white lady with blonde hair cashing me out. There was a customer ahead of me and they were friendly to each other, but when she was cashing me out she wasn’t friendly to me at ALL. I gave her a $10 that I accidentally just ripped, it was just the corner. I said I was sorry and asked if she could still take her. She didn’t say anything and just took the $10 to the customer service desk to patch it up. She then came back and I handed her 75 cents because I wanted to get rid of my change. She then said, “you’re still going to get change back” acting like I was stupid. I told her to keep the change and she said “we can’t do that” when every other cashier has been able to! She didn’t say have a good day or anything. She was really rude when there was no need to be! I was a cashier and always told someone to have a good day or have a conversation with them. Maybe she just doesn’t care because it’s Walmart.

I'm mean, it's walmart. This one, in particular, is not bad. The staff are friendly. The only downside would have to be the parking lot situation, per usual.

There was an item priced wrong on the shelf and the gentleman at the front with a clear visor on said there was nothing he could do for me after it rang up double the shelf price. I left and came back in and asked if there was someone I could speak with about how the pricing was arranged on the shelf with the coolers. I was rudely dismissed so I took the cooler to the sports area and on my way I bumped into an angel in a WalMart uniform. She goes by the name of Donna, Coach Donna. I explained to her the situation and she looked at the shelf and analyzed the setup and said she would be delighted to honor the shelf price. Donna then proceeded to lead me to the self checkout where the man in the visor was standing. We inched closer to the man who once said he could do nothing about it. Fog filled his visor as his nervous breath clogged the room. Donna lifts the cooler and says "We are going to give it to him for shelf price". The same man who told me he couldn't help me was now shaking in shame as he typed in the passcode in the system to honor the shelf price. Donna, you can tell, is a joy to work with. As we walked to the counter several workers stopped her to share a quick joke or comment all with smiles on their face. I commend you Donna for upholding the integrity of the WalMart employees and teaching the gentlemen at the front door how a customer is supposed to be talked to and treated. They were extremely rude and u turned everything around not even with the price honoring but with the compassion and concern u showed me as a customer. You could have pawned me off to the guy behind the desk in the fishing area but u stuck with me!! I will repay you someday Donna!!! I will hold onto this memory for all of eternity!!!!

My son forgot his glasses and contacts in South Carolina and we were traveling to Florida for Thanksgiving. We stopped at the Ormond Beach Walmart, at the time, closest off of 95 and it had a vision center. At the vision center we were helped by the friendliest and kind person- her name was Becky. Becky waited for our eye doctor to fax the prescription (twice), found my son exactly what he needed and gave him a place to put his contacts on. She put us in the system so if this were to happen again- we would be covered. She was so patient and sweet and made what could have been a difficult experience so pleasant.

Really deserves 0stars I was disappointed no customer service at all. I took my elderly client here she wanted to find a cellphone. There was a tall Caucasian skinny young man working in electronics this morning on 11/28 I seen him help 2 older gentlemen as soon as I said excuse me walking over to him he walked off to the front. I found another associate I asked her could she call for help she never did. I told her what happened and how I needed a manager the young man came back and heard me complaining about him and he said he had to go up front. I told him it's funny you heard me complaining about you but you didn't hear me ask for help. I called this store over 5 times trying to reach customer service to speak to a manager no one answers the phone. This store lacks customer service.

Decent pitstop for restocking certain home needs. Still cant stand the size. The produce $ has become more vague than ever. Prices missing on shelving everywhere. Even fewer people for service/checkout.

Large box stores were great for prices but the more choices the less quality and more chance of paying more in the long run .Not a fan anymore but I liked the convenience of being a disabled person I don't have a lot of energy to shop
