A very heavy woman who claimed to be a notary refused to help us because she needed two witnesses even though there were 4 other employees in the bank and only 2 were with other customers. She just didn't want to get up from behind her desk and help us. LAZY!

Worst customer service EVER!!! I try to avoid this place as much as possible. Seriously considering the inconvenience of changing banks. Problem seems systemic and nothing changes. Even if you are next at the drive thru, you will always leave last. Shame on corporate for allowing this egregious operation to reflect so poorly on what reputation may be left of Wells Fargo. Doesn't deserve even 1 ?.

I love my Wells Fargo. They alert me if my card is being used. With them I have peace of mind.

I have banked at this location for a decade and the staff has always tried to help. It's a large company and at times I had to work to get the answer I was after because it can get complex. I have banked with this organization for about 40 years going back prior banks merged into it. I have dealt with other banks that are not as good or friendly and will stay with Wells Fargo.

Really like the tellers. Just so inconvenient that the bank is so often closed...

The banking side was average, and the tellers and bankers have always been helpful. I received a promotional letter from Wells Fargo's corporate office "signed" by a private banker here. I responded to the promotion and met with the private banker. She did not seem very educated in the product offerings and lacked the confidence and skills to handle high value relationships. She actually tried to dissuade me from joining private banking because I prefer to manage my own money and wasn't eager to hand over my entire financial portfolio to her, even though I more than qualified for private banking and that was not a stipulation of the service. I then had to follow up with her twice afterwards to enroll, mainly for the additional benefits, which was a huge hassle. Later, I also came in to open another commercial account, which of course, she did not know how to do. She told me she would look into it and contact me later that day; I still have not heard back. I don't know how this banker managed her way into private banking or how WF could allow someone like this to operate in such a role. Since I mainly enrolled for the benefits and not to be coddled, I rarely go to the branch and use her services, but for someone who prefers more attention, this location would likely drop the ball.

Strange entrances for the ATM. You can only access it from the side street as the front is a one way only area. If you come off Granada then you have to park on the west side of the building and walk around.

This is the worst location I've ever been to. They wouldn't allow me to deposit my boyfriend's check that was endorsed even though he was with me. The manager seemed more concerned with getting my boyfriend to open an account rather than helping an existing customer. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for 5-6 years now and this has never happened. I will never go to this location again.
