Automated run around and when you manipulate it enough to get through they act like they can't hear you!Worst customer service I've ever experienced!Response to owner!What more detail do you need? I stated what happened. This occurred all becouse I just wanted to ask a simple question. When I finally got through, which was almost impossible (literally), the woman on the other end stated four times, "customer, I can't hear you!". I understand that's possible, but after the automated call in line gives you the runaround that it does, I doubt it!

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo s since 1985 lately the drive thru tellers at this location only have been very rude and offending. Today I tried to make a CASH deposit of 120 which I included a deposit slip I waited in line for 20 minutes and then was rudely asked for a drivers license. I did not want cash back and felt very insulated. I asked for my cash to be returned and deposited it in the atm. The last time visited that location I was asked for 2 forms of identification. I have Never felt more insulted and I will never go back to that location again. Customer service stinks

This Wells Fargo is Amazing!!! Second to None!!! Top Notch!!! My Go To Teller is Justine!!!! A very professional, friendly, caring, funny, and understanding young woman that has brought me so much love, peace and joy no matter what kind of day I am having. She has helped me with banking concerns and always makes me feel part of the Wells Fargo Family.All the staff at this location are incredible as well. Thank you so much…All of you for helping me with my Banking concerns and keeping my money safe from fraud. Hats off to Wells Fargo!!!

I will be filing a formal complaint against Jill Evans and Savanna Bradley for racially discriminating against my husband and not allowing him to open a business account even though he provided all adequate paperwork and documentation. They absolutely lacked knowledge and professional decorum. I am not surprised at all of the other negative reviews for this branch. Their behavior was deplorable and disgusting and I will be sure to inform corporate of this offensive interaction.

Putting money in the atm is getting pretty annoying. I go to the atm and the atm is completely turned off for what reason? Other times the atm says it’s not accepting deposits.

December 20, 2019, during the 10:00 am hour. arrived to get money for Christmas gifts. Teller informed me immediately if I was there to get $50 bills for gifts she had none & no money cards were available. It’s Friday the bank has only been open an hour, it’s the Friday before Christmas. Poor planning,, poor service. Chase is looking better & better. They want my business.

Went here yesterday to have something notarized and had a great experience! I can't recall the gentleman's name who did it for me but he was very professional and I was shocked because usually anywhere else charges a fee for having something notarized but not Wells Fargo! I am very happy with the service I received and I really do appreciate it!

Wendy is amazing. I had a personal emergency going on when I came in and she helped me through everything so quick. She even called to check two days later to make sure my card was working fine and that everything was okay! Wells Fargo you are lucky to have to woman in your team!

It is horible bank location i wont go there. Emplyees makes you feel "siggy" that she is doing favor to show up to work. When i asked to talk to manager i thought she came of the street. It was bad . You dont like your jobs find something you like. Dont make customers feel like you doing us favor to do you job. Wow no way.
