I had to give one star because ZERO is not an option. If you are looking for a company with terrible customer service, this is it! I ordered 2 hats on December 26, 2023. After no confirmation or anything for two weeks I emailed the contact on the website with no response. I waited another week and sent the Facebook page a message. The owner finally emailed me back apologizing and told me the order would ship soon. Another week passed and order still did not ship, so I emailed the owner and the order finally shipped that day. When I received my order it was incorrect after waiting over a month to receive it. I immediately emailed the owner and messaged the Facebook page. After no response I tracked down the owners personal Facebook page and sent him a message. After a couple days he replied saying he would look into it and get back with me. Here we are 3 weeks after that and still no response on resolving the issue. So 2 months after ordering and finally receiving my items I have decided to cut my losses. I do not recommend this company at all as their customer service is TERRIBLE!
