“My husband and I went to the PetSupermarket in Orange City looking for hermit crabs and hermit crab items. There were quite a few people in the store and there were 2 girls at the counter. They could not be bothered to help anyone. They were too busy talking with each other. In fact I had a woman ask me about ferrets.We left and I convinced my husband we should try the Pet Supermarket in Deltona. What a difference!! I was greeted at the door, the manager was able to answer my questions. She even ordered us the hermit crabs and called me immediately when they came in (it was before the store was open in the morning). We ordered another 4 hermit crabs from her. They are the best we have ever had!If you need pet supplies, skip the Orange City Pet Supermarket and go straight to the Deltona one!”

“I've been coming here for 4 years and the staff is absolutely incredible everybody is very friendly and cordial I recommend the puppy bath for $10 it's worth it to give your dog a bath I have a wide selection of food and toys I'm always in there and additional animals I recently became homeless I called and asked if they had the dogs food in and they said no but they had some food that they wanted to donate to give to my puppy and they did because I've been bringing him in for the last 4 years they've seen us all the time and I just asked for some kind of help because they didn't have his food and they gave me some food for my dog so he can eat while we're homeless everyone is very friendly they told me to come back anytime if you just want to come in and give the dog a bath just walk around just to stay safe they're really really nice people in here I mean I'm very pleasantly surprised how kind and courteous the staff truly is and I highly recommend coming here it really is a treasure for animalsI came in on January the 8th 2024 and I spoke to Christina and I told Christina that I'm homeless I wanted to know if there's anything they can do to help me get dog food for my service animal since we're homeless and Orange City and she went out of her way and made sure that she gave us two bags of dog food and treats for my dog so he wouldn't starve while we're homeless so I just wanted to thank Christina for everything she did and I went back in today and got buddy his treats and she was more than helpful I highly recommend this place they do care they also said that I can come back anytime I want to just hang out if I want to stay comfortable so the dog doesn't have to be in any danger so I highly recommend if you have a furry friend or looking for a friend come on out here they will treat you like family”

“My Labrador Luna has been seen at Vetco Orange City since she joined our family in February 2022. They have taken care of all of her basic care such as vaccinations and spaying, in addition to special assistance with an ear infection. All team members have been friendly, efficient & highly skilled in their treatment of Luna as a patient & our family members as worried owners LOL. We truly appreciate how their great care & we plan to keep them as our vet for the future for any additional pets we may get.”

Vana remembers me every time I come in and is always so sweet and helpful! She goes above and beyond to help out. Ashley is another lovely employee that made me feel like I was talking to one of my friends. They truly care about the customer and it shows”
