Very happy with our experience with Screen Force. Needed to have quite a few screens replaced on our pool cage after Hurricane Milton. Screen Force was professional, affordable and reliable. They wound up replacing all our screens at a price that was nearly half of what was quoted by another company. They also offer a 5 year warranty! If you have screening needs, don't hesitation to contact Screen Force!

They are not responding to my follow up requests for warranty service. It was scheduled for 12/5/24 but no one showed. I called the next day and was told the service request would be resubmitted and I would receive an email with new service date. I followed the next week as no email was received by me. I was told my concern would be forwarded to the scheduling department. The two following weeks I called and left messages as no one answered the phone. Still no response or email with the scheduling of repair for 5 damaged screens from Milton hurricane. I selected this company to do the rescreening of my pool enclosure and lanai based on their 5 year warranty. The warranty is worthless if they will not respond to my service requests.

I would give the a 0 if possible they make appointments and not show up they rescheduled me 3 times on the 3rd time they did not reschedule and did not show up. Do not use this company they are not trustworthy and do not show up for appointments.
