I LOVE THIS PLACE! They have a great inventory and a ton of options to style you from head to toe. All the items were high quality and at a great price. The staff was amazing and helped me find the perfect pair of boots! They were truly experts and answered all the questions I had. This is my new one stop shop!

Please read the other reviews about Skips NOT caring about customer service or return customer loyalty. This is as recent as 12/11/2023, when I emailed the owner after the manager of Skips Osteen refusing to talk to me or return my call. Here is the email that went unanswered by the owner as well. "Dear Mr Patsos, I am a first time customer at Skip's Boots and purchased a $399.99 Men's Python Square Toe Boots and a Men's Thick Stripe Bell for $35.00 this past Monday, December 11, 2023. at 10:26AM. I had reviewed your product line online and utilized my email to get a 10% if I purchased anything at your store. Upon checking out, receipt number 12-3889, I had asked the young lady who rang me up if Skip's was offering any other types of holiday specials and I was informed you were not. I wore my boots to a party that night and loved them. On Friday, December 15, 2023, I received an email from Skip's Boots were offering a buy one pair of boots and get a second pair of boots for 50% off and the holiday special was good from November 1st, 2023 until December 31, 2023. Since it had only been four days since my purchase and within the time frame for the holiday special, I called the Osteen store and asked to speak to the manager, Kenny. I was told, Kenny was unavailable and if the young lady answering the phone could help me. I explained to her, just what I had explained to you in this email and she told me I was not eligible to purchase another pair of Skip's boots for the advertised 50% off. I then told her, that is why I was calling for the manager and would like to speak with him about the issue. The lady told me Kenny was busy and he would not come to phone. She further told me, I could return the "unused" boots to the store and repurchase them and then get the 50% off on the second pair of boots. I told her, I had already wore them and I was not looking to return the boots, however, I could bring them with me if they needed to refund my credit card, charge it again for the same boots and give them back to me and then let me buy another pair of boots. She said she could not do that. I told her, it doesn't make sense that the boots need to be "unworn" since I was going to be getting them right back and making another purchase of some additional boots. I then asked for the corporate telephone number for skip's and she wouldn't provide it. I then called your Daytona store and there was no manager on duty or corporate number available. I was only able to find the owners email going through online internet research. I hope you understand the obserdity of what you're employee is asking of a customer and her refusal to let me speak to the manager on duty. Please contact me as soon as possible, as I loved your store and the products it carries." I eventually was able to speak to Tonya at corpoate accounting and explained it to her. She originall agreed in the absurdity in the policy, especially, since I wanted to spend more money in the store Tonya then called the manager at the Daytona Beach store and called me back, suggesting I purchase a second pair at full price and then i could get the third pair of boots for 50% off. I informed her, I would not be interested in doing that. DON'T shop at Skip's stores, unless being treated like this is acceptablele to you. It was a first and last time experience for me!

I ordered Luchese Burke alligator boots from them. I then found the same Luchese Burke alligator boots at Russels for $100 LESS. skips refused to refund the price difference. They have NO idea how to run a business and build relationships. One deal with them and I am DONE. GO TO RUSSELS --save $100 on their Luchese Burks instead of dealing with these people.

I ordered boots from this place and never received them. Fedex dropped the package 1 foot from the road and about 200 yards from my house and someone stole them. Neither Skips or FedEx will not do anything about it. Now I am out $175. So apparently Skips must not insure there packages. If you order from Skips and your package ends up getting stolen be prepared to lose money. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever!

Skip's has deeper selection than most outfits. Found a pair of boots I'd been looking for that other shops couldn't put a hand on. They go out of their way to tell you about company values, then they show you the reality of what those values look like in action! Customer service in footwear can be a difference maker. Skip's Western Outfitters will have some errors and setbacks occasionally because feet are complex and boot & shoe manufacturing is also scientifically and anatomically involved. I trust their focus, effort in hiring and training and know they are going to make great recommendations on a wide selection on most occasions.

My wife was looking for a new pair of boots for motorcycle riding. We went to Skios Boot's, and they had an amazing selection. She finally selected the pair she wanted, but by that time, I found a leather hat that I could wear after the ride to cover the helmet hair.Skip's has a great selection of boots, clothes, hats, and many other things. If you're looking for boots, hats, or country items, you will not be disappointed.

I have got to be one of the pickiest people about my footwear and how it fits. The Man at Skips was as real as rain and set forth to make sure I was a satisfied. Thanks again y'all for the boots and camaraderie.

Absolute best!!!! The manager helped me pick the best bout and insole I’ve been in them for a week not a single problem like they were already made for my feet!!!! Won’t buy anywhere else!!!

The selection is fantastic and this is a great store for western wear and boots! Ken and his great staff are absolutely the reason I keep coming back and recommend everyone else go here. Ken is extremely knowledgeable, puts us in the perfect boots every time, cares about quality, and has great customer service skills. Love everything I've purchased from here.

I'd purchased a pair of boots that ended up wearing out in a bad way, found a defect in the boots. They got me in the right work boots and hooked me up. This is the only place I'll be buying boots from. They genuinely care about what they do and how you feel.

Bad experience and no customer service. I purchased a pair of boots and a belt. Both items arrived with small defects. I emailed them and did not receive a response. Now I am returning them and I am out of 10 dollars since they do not offer free returns.

Looking for a wideee womans bike boot for a small foot omg looked everywhere no luck stopped by on way home from bike week soft spoke clerk was the best first he measured my foot then gave me two selections both great his patience with me was superb. I've got a bad left foot and I'm tired of having it squished especially liking to walk the events and travel on the bike and foot comfort is a must. This gentleman was fabulous. Found a boot made by Harley. Even though Harley doesn't make a "wide" boot. The toe on this boot was a little on the square side so the width made it wider and deeper. Oh my god, my poor little titties are going to be so happy
