Recently purchased a 5x8 utility trailer I needed. I went to Lowe’s first big mistake.
Even though it was Saturday and tractor supply was extremely busy with chick sales, they did a great job with taking care of me. None of the trailers had damage unlike the ones I saw at Lowe’s in Orange City. And they even price matched with no issues. Great experience! Thank you!

I don't go to tractor supply often but I absolutely love the store. I usually go there for my garden wagon wheels. But I've been there for other things like boots. I bought some dog supplies there and I've been there for paracord. My husband makes dog leashes and they have a big selection of paracord colors and longer lengths for cheaper. I mean it cost a little bit in the long run but you get more for your money. I like to go in there just to look around. I'll go look at the baby chicks. Go check out their flashlights and probably buy one or two. Because you can never have enough light! Oh and batteries, batteries are a lot cheaper there if you buy their brand.. I got 30 batteries for $10. at Dollar general you get 16 of the blue batteries for $9.. they may not be good as Energizer but who can afford energizer? I'm sure a lot of you can but I'm not paying that much for four batteries. So yeah I will go out of my way to buy batteries at tractor supply when I remember. They are actually pretty worth it. they last just as long as most other alkaline generic batteries. And I like to take my dog in there and she loves to go in there. She likes the attention but she doesn't like to be touched. Go figure she's a rescue. Always a great atmosphere always great customer service. Everyone is so friendly. Oh and I found it's cheaper to go over there and fill up your propane tanks than it is to exchange them. Although they do exchanges as well. Save about $10 having them fill it. if you've never had your tank filled instead of just exchanging it, and you do decide to shake that option , go ahead and take a debit card because if not you can go in and pay cash but then you got to go back outside and get your tank from them. It'll just save you some time to take a debit card. Yeah I give them five stars.

Awful customer service. I asked for help finding an item. The employee with the blonde hair looked like she didn’t want to help at first but she then asked the guy sitting down. When she asked he just shrugged his shoulders and left it like that as if I was interrupting his alone time. No trying to look it up in the system or just plain help. I’ll never go back there. I might as well go on Amazon where I don’t have to deal with rude employees and customer service.

Fantastic, place very clean and well managed, great deals, employees were very nice and pleasant to me, came west of Orlando Florida, just because a friend told me about them, and great deals, Chad helped me purchase a Karavan utility trailer, was very impressed on usefulness on trailer, built very good I think, again thanks Chad and employees of Tractor Supply Osteen Florida

Sheryl has helped me time and time again. From bull dogs to chickens to hearding animals & everything in between. Love her energy and how knowledgeable she is. Customer service is superb. Part of the reason I go back to this location is just to see/talk with her and learn more

First time at the Osteen location. Staff was great. The wife went in for a cheap pair of boots. Got to check out, And the boots were marked at the wrong price. They ended up being the most expensive. I'm guessing the manager Jessica. Came over and made everything right. Awesome customer service. Definitely going to be my go to store. Thank you Jessica.

Hello Good Evening, I was there today, and Greetings from two Sweet Beautiful young ladies Ms. Carli & Ms. Leona. My husband sent to get a 13/16 socket, but I didn't think it was going to take three trips before finding the solution to his situation. But with the Sweet courtesy I received from Ms. Carli and Ms. Leona. I felt soooo Niiiiiiice. I Appreciate Good People. Mr. Chad THANK You for helping my husband after the third trip. Always great stock, prices and quality! The staff are ALL super friendly, my husband was asked if he would like some help by every single staff member he passed. Our dog food is back ordered everywhere else, but I can always find emergency stashes at tractor supply!

I have to say, I had a pleasant experience this morning with the cashier Gerald, we walked in and were greeted immediately by everyone, but when I got what I needed and got to the register, Gerald was there checking us out, and he noticed a mom of 2 (child in car seat)and(a child maybe 1yr old) a bit of distance away from the entrance, and struggling to carry the car seat, he excused his self for a moment walked out the store and grabbed a shopping cart to brought it too the mother! If that isn’t going above and beyond for customers then idk what is! That man deserves a raise or something for what he did!
