Carol is retiring I've heard. I won't be back in town then. I would love for her to know how much she has meant to my husband and myself. She gave her professional and personal best to care for us and many other residents of Kove Estates. Earl Hauber and Patricia Freeman will miss her but hope she gets her best time in well deserved retirement.

I prefer to know. I prefer good customer service, not possibly, ALWAYS. One bad egg turned this from a 5 to a 2 star. Figure it out yall.

MAIL LADY ON TABATHA DRIVE LOST A PACKAGE AGAIN AND IT'S GOT MEDICINE THAT'S INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT IN IT AND MARK DELIVERED AND IT'S NOT THERE!!! THIS IS HAPPENING WAY TOO OFTEN!!! MARKED DELIVERED BUT NO KEY IN THE MAILBOX SO THANK YOU FOR THAT!!!!

Get better hours please! Just an hour later like all the other post offices! Once again, my package for some reason was not left and so now I have to do a pickup but what are people to do all day when your hours are during working hours?!! And there's no reason that the package should not have been put in a parcel!

Second time package damaged after drop off, seems to happen only when middle aged lady receives my package. Talked to her about it once before. Never wears name tag. Only middle aged Caucasian on front desk. UPS here I Come!

We have lived in Osteen for almost 5 years and never had a problem until the past year or so. Sometimes they deliver sometimes they don’t. I go to different post offices when I need to send something out because I don’t trust them to do it. Very incompetent and they always have an excuse for why they didn’t deliver something.

Great service...they look up addresses for you..very helpful. I like having a post office so close. I haven't had any issues with package deliveries.
