Completely appalled a company would conduct business like this. Workers installed a “custom” shower door that hits the shower head?! They refuse to fix the issue and were rude to me and my father. This is unacceptable. Don’t put yourself
through their unprofessional and rude service.

Oviedo Glass is amazing! We’ve used them twice and they were incredible both times. We have a nearly 100-year old house and Mark went above and beyond to help us get it prepped for the install. Kenny and the other gentlemen did a great job with the install and clean up. Brie in reception is a ray of sunshine. Thank you all.

Can’t say enough about how good a job Oviedo Glass did with our front door replacement and with hurricane window installation. Sarah and Brian were amazing. Did such a great job throughout the entire process the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. If you need any door replacement or hurricane windows I highly recommend contacting Sarah. The best bar none.

I want to do a big shout out to Oviedo Glass! Sarah and her crew Brien and Ruleon were amazing. Sarah walked us through all different glass and window options and timing of the deliveries. She was very helpful. Delivery and install day went super easy with Brien and Ruleon removing old glass and installing new (they made it so easy and effortless looking, that type of ease only comes with years of experience and know how). Oviedo Glass was great with pricing and value but these 3 people: Sarah, Brien, and Ruleon…ready made the difference from great to stellar. Thank you all for the great work, our front door looks beautiful thanks to all of you!

Outstanding service and quality glass. I called to request a quote on Friday 25 at their closing time. They answered my call and were super friendly and sent me quote via email within minutes. The order was ready Monday July 28 in the early morning. I am extremely impressed by how nice everyone was, how quickly the ordered was prepared and how accurate the glass cut was. Before I contacted Oviedo Glass I reached out to glass business in Casselberry, however, that shop did not meet their promised pickup date and after 3 weeks that same shop still had not even started my order. That shop called me multiple times, and I sent them multiple emails with the same dimensions and after 3 weeks nothing was accomplished. However, Oviedo Glass did that same order in a couple of hours given that I called them at closing time on Friday and being ready early Monday morning. Thank you!!!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would — that would be a much more accurate rating.
To begin with, the owner, Mark, showed up for the initial visit well over an hour late. This was supposedly to field measure a project he had already bid on using the blueprints provided by my designer. Oviedo was one of two companies I received quotes from, but their bid came back approximately 40% higher than the other — LoreL (who I recommend checking out if you’re considering Oviedo).
I attempted to contact Mark by phone, text, and email with no response for several days. I finally called the office and explained that while I preferred the design Oviedo proposed for the wine room, the rest of the work — which was drastically overpriced — would need to be reevaluated in order for them to get the job.
Unfortunately, Brie, the receptionist, failed to relay this message accurately. When Mark eventually came out again, he seemed confused and unaware of the reason for his visit.
Due to the disorganized communication and lack of professionalism, I decided to move forward with LoreL instead. However, LoreL was unable to replicate Oviedo’s wine room design and even suggested it might not be feasible.(which I’m beginning to think it was) Still wanting the Oviedo design, I reached back out to Mark to proceed with that portion of the project.
Again, I received no response for four days. On the fifth day, I contacted Brie, who admitted she didn’t know what she was doing. She emailed Mark referring to me as “this impatient man” — completely unprofessional, especially considering I was simply trying to give them my business.
How is expressing a clear desire to move forward considered impatient? Perhaps Mark is overwhelmed or understaffed, but having someone so inept on the front line of your company is a major red flag. Poor communication, unresponsiveness, and disorganization like this will undo any good the company may have done in the past.
Save yourself the money and, more importantly, the time. Look elsewhere for your glass needs.

WOW!!! I am so incredibly impressed with this company! I made an appointment a week ago for today and they kept it and communication. They guys showed up promptly at the appointment time and Kenny and his bearded partner were incredibly nice!
I was a bit skeptical when they measured and said they would have to leave and come back with the proper size needed for my repair. My skepticism vanished when they returned in about 45 minutes! We live in a rural area, so trust me when I say it’s impressive!
They quickly removed my broken window glass replaced in about 45 minutes! No mess, curteous and very professional! The cherry on top? Oviedo Glass was much cheaper than anyone else! Highly recommend!

I ordered custom 1/2” tempered glass shelves to use as floating shelves in my customers bar area. Brie was great to work with, she was very helpful in finding the perfect material and offered a lot of detailed options I didn’t know existed. My Customer was very happy with the end results.

Responsive, quick, fair price - had a window that cracked and needed to be replace. They did a fine job replacing the glass in that window.
