I go to Amscot a lot, but this time, I was serviced by some one different, my 1st experience with MA Howell was not so great, she seemed bothered, annoyed, she gave me an attitude just for asking a question, she was not friendly or welcoming. And the 2nd time around, today 08/15/24, since I always go in the morning, it was 8 am, it was locked, she arrived 2 min later, walked in, unlocked the door at 8:25, all I had to do was make a payment. She never apologized, and she never has a smile on her face. I feel like she does not care about the customers.

Shaniqua was amazing at getting me my loan quick and easy, leaving no room for unanswered questions. She even gave me new information I had no idea about! She’s the best I definitely recommend her if it’s your 1st or 100th time, she is very patient and kind. 🙏🏻 I was in and out in 15 minutes!

Juanita, is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She cares a lot about her career and she's very helpful & she's very enlightening. When I first went inside Amscot to borrow I was feeling very Down cause of the fact to borrow just to pay Duke Energy cause they wasn't trying to help. But she shared words of incouragement and that's why I still come here to this day. 💯💫💫💫💫

I’ve been to the Amscot across from UCF roughly 5/6 times and everytime I’m greeted by Juanita. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’m in and out in 5-10 minutes and all of my questions are answered with surety. Highly Recommend, plus the Money orders are FREE

This is a great Amscot!! The manager Juanita is so helpful and kind and really willing to go the extra mile for her customers!! I had to make a Western Union to a company, something I’ve never done before, she walked me through the entire process all with a smile.
