second time i’ve been here. last time i came i had an older lady, she was phenomenal, she got me in and out in 5 minutes. so nice and friendly. THIS TIME i told breyana that i was in a hurry and she starts giving me paper work that i’d never had to do before and is very slowly doing everything, almost on purpose. she even messed up counting and had to recount my pile at least 7 times. terrible experience with her.

Clean location, often one or two employees however they are fairly efficient. I haven't had an issue to date regarding behavioral issues in regards to the other reviews. This location has been fairly nice for me and my wife and we have gotten seen shortly after arriving to the location. The most customers I have personally seen at one time is about 4 while they had 2 employees present and I had to wait about 15 minutes before getting seen which was of no issue to me. When planning to visit a place such as this one, make sure to give yourself adequate time! Have of the battle is time management :)

Roger is by far the most condescending, repulsive, horrific employee I have ever witnessed personally and I’m completely devastated this happened at Amscot during a state of emergency. His attitude quickly changed as he went from another customer to me when I asked for a cash advance, he looked in disgust and turned to the next customer and proceeded to help them.. it was such an odd exchange that the woman nearby had to ask him if she needed to help as I stood there. He didn’t reply to her either. She helped as much as she could as she was new. Since I usually frequent another location, The whole experience was completely different and I noted that something was different, she stated that it was her policy and we continued. Roger, who initially did not want to help me when I arrived, gets EXTREMELY loud and talks over her over explaining a question that was already explained. He went on to turn her computer around to show me what the policy was. I laughed and said I believed him but he did not stop there, he starts to read the screen aloud, to the point where I said, omg is this happening? After his rant, I was shaking, to the point where I count even write. I asked him if he felt better about himself after what he had done? I also asked if that’s how he treats all of his costumers. At this point, he buries his ugly face into his computer. I left his area and couldn’t believe that this happened. What makes matters worse, during his theatrical rant he states that he’s a trainer and he’s training her, which was also unprovoked. THATS who training the employees? I’m absolutely disgusted. Kudos to the new girl, she tried to be extra warm to de-escalate the tense situation. Even though she is being trained by someone who is obviously incredibly rude and unqualified, her commitment to customer service. Be a better person, Roger.

Went to see how they could help me out for a week, After reading how fast you can get in and out, I thought this is just what I need. After an hour of running to the bank for paper work and other things I walked out, not because I didn't have everything I did . But because of the people working there. I just couldn't take it anymore. What a place.
