Have any questions or looking for a phone or smart watch the ATT store in Sterling Creek Plaza. Is the place to go.The folks are knowledgeable, experienced and best of all more than willing to help you. The wife And I purchased smart watches and Wil spent forever helping to activate the watches. Everyone was extremely helpful and freely shared in helping by answering all of our questions. About 2 months later I returned for the iPhone 15 when it became available. The service was just as excellent as before. I went from an 8 to the 15 with all necessary items. Wil transferred everything to the 25 for me.

I upgraded from a I-phone 7 to a 13. I hate change and dealing with new tech but I had to upgrade. Isabella was just the right person to help me. She was very patient and knowledgeable . She went the extra mile to help me with some new tech issues I faced because of the phone change. She followed up over the next few days to make sure I was doing OK. A better then expected experience.

I tried calling yesterday and no one answered .. I tried calling all day and no answer .. The website said it was open and I was going to get two new screen protectors .. So after I got off from work yesterday at 4 pm .. I did. even bother going down there and I won’t ever go there again .. The employees need to learn how to answer the phone..

For more than two years, we have gone to this store. Always very friendly and helpful. The latest manager assisted us today with a minor issue and I have to say I was impressed with her knowledge and positive attitude.

Great customer service experience. Triana helped us switch services from one carrier to another. It was the fastest in store experience I’ve ever had. Having an 18 month old I was glad to not spend hours waiting there. She and Allana effortlessly helped multiple customers at once. We are very happy with having made the switch and with having a store with great customer service so close to home.

I was having some issues with my Samsung phone. I brought the phone in and the sales associate Ben was very helpful (and knowledgeable!) He was able to solve my issue and showed me what the fix was incase I foolishly did it again! Big shout out to Ben! Appreciate you, man!

If you want more issues, then go to this store. No one knows what they are doing. The so-called manager is too busy texting or talking about her personal life.4 hours later and they only made my issues worse.

I went to a newer AT&T store later in the day. Ben helped me right away. I asked him about the $40 per month for 55+ advertised on the window. He explained the plan and I switched over right then. I’m an AT&T customer so Ben explained to me the streaming option that AT&T offers. He gave me a printout that shows each streaming package with their channel lineup. Thank you Ben for all your help!!
