“I recently received notice regarding my Allstate premium and noticed that the premium seemed like it was $400 more than the previous six months. I contacted my go to person Colleen, in the melbourne, Florida Allstate office and found that that agency no longer existed. It was now owned by the Salmon agency and they were located in Oviedo, Florida. I was worried because I thought I would not have a go to person and that made me very uncomfortable. I called the Salmon agency and spoke with Michelle. She immediately put me at ease and we scheduled a telephone conference for a day and time to review my policy. Michelle was very patient with me and took her time going over the things I needed to know about my policy. I asked her if there was a way I could reduce the premium but still have adequate protection.
