I took my Toyota to AutoNation Oviedo for body work, expecting the quality of a Toyota-authorized service center. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and lengthy. When I first picked up the car, the bumper cover was misaligned and the paint on the lower part looked uneven and unfinished. When I raised these concerns, Chris and his manager mentioned they are not the factory and that some imperfections might remain.
They also said they might have to charge Geico again to redo some work, though I did not see any such charge on my final invoice.
I have photos from when I first left the vehicle with them, showing no visible damage to the fender and hood. I don’t understand why those parts were painted without prior notice.
Only after I contacted Geico did AutoNation improve the paint and alignment. The process took nearly a month, causing inconvenience and extra costs for transportation. Because of this experience, I am hesitant to return and would consider going to Toyota Orlando for future service.

If you need your car repaired at this faciity, ENSURE you asks for Jennifer (the collision administrator). From the moment you start speaking with her, she will captivate you with her knowledge, professionalism, and customer centric aura. Because of Jennifer, my car repair is stress and worry free.

I visited AutoNation Collision Center this past Monday for an estimate on some vehicle damage. I was one of the last appointments of the day and was assisted by a representative named Chris. He told me the estimate would take about 45 minutes to generate and that he would email it to me the next day. I wrote down my email in person and have since called the office three separate times to verify they had the correct email address.
Despite all of that, I still have not received the estimate—and it’s now Thursday. Each time I call, I’m told, “We’ll check on it” or “Let me confirm your email again,” and yet nothing has been sent. Today, I was finally told that a manager would need to step in because Chris apparently hasn’t followed through.
This is extremely disappointing. I’m not even asking for completed repair work—just an estimate—and the lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. I expected a much more professional and organized experience from a company like AutoNation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience

Fred was very attentive, efficient, and kept me informed all along the way. He delivered in his promises, actually over delivered. The employees of this center are all very friendly and welcoming. They also have an Enterprise rental car agency on site which makes it very convenient. Highly recommend for your auto repair.

My father's car needed repair from an accident . We saw that this center had the best rating. Charleen and Alexis really took care of us and my dad's vehicle in a timely manner. When the vehicle was ready it looked brand new again. I also want to mention the receptionist was very nice and helpful . Love the new lobby and the cleanliness.I would recommend this place to my friends.

The actual body work was terrific but the time it took was ridiculous. Dropped off my truck in mid November for front fender replacement/repair and did not receive it back until mid January.
I could not tell you how many messages were left about the status of repair with no return call received. Very poor with keeping customer update. Even the instructions on how to pay the deductible almost delayed the return of my truck.
If you are not in a hurry for your vehicle, you will be happy with the quality of the work. They need to work on customer communication and customer service.

Great service and very timely. Had an issue with a sensor in the area that was repaired a couple of weeks later, but nothing serious.
