Mike and his team are just good people. They are transparent quick and knowledgeable. I needed my pool worked on in an Emergency and he got it done. The work was great. He also gave me options. Hard to find people that care. Great team will be using for my next house.

Worst of the worst. No show, lies, and gas lighting my wife that they came and did any work. Our gate and property cameras prove the contrary. They just sit in the truck on their phones.

After a major storm fried my automated pool control board, I reached out to several companies for quotes—and BM Wemple Pools easily stood out. They offered the best equipment for the price, hands down. The technician arrived promptly and had the new system installed within an hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and friendly—an absolute pro.
What really blew me away, though, was that during the visit, he noticed an issue with one of my automated pool handles—something that had been driving me nuts for years. Not only did he immediately know what was wrong, but he also fixed it on the spot, completely free of charge.
I'm thrilled with my new control system and all the features that came with it. The service I received was top-notch from start to finish. No question—Wemple Pools has earned a customer for life. I won’t call anyone else for pool repairs again!

We purchased a heater and also weekly pool service. After a few months of poor care by the tech, the pool water corroded the new heater and destroyed the filter. We have been waiting months for the company to repair their errors but keep getting delayed. We have not had a functioning heater since October.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Pool and deck resurfacing started in 2022 . Has never finished job. Never completed punch list. 5 project managers later and never completed. Stay away from them.

We had a pool put in last year and BM Wemple maintains the pool, they do a great job and come every week like clock work.
Any issues that I have they take care of quickly.

The company is probably amazing but the workers need to learn how to drive. Because this reckless driver in car 1766 CPC 039935 almost caused a huge accident going towards poinciana. He was swerving and cutting people off terrible. I took a picture of the truck but I will not add it but just for safety if you are in a company car that can jeopardize the company learn how to drive like an employee representing a company.

Purchased and had a heat pump pool heater installed for our in-ground pool. Joe was excellent to work with from start to finish on the mechanics of getting it ordered, getting it delivered and then scheduling the installation and the electrician. From the time we ordered until installation was complete was less than 3 weeks. Lee, the installer went above and beyond by helping identify an issue with the pool lights. I highly recommend BM Wemple for your pool needs.

Very poor service. They have awful rotation of technicians and the newer technicians are not properly trained. One technician broke our pool, and after over a dozen dodged calls, they told us we’d have to pay to hire a technician to fix it. These people have one dude in charge who never works and a team of people who refuse to actually call anyone back.

We were loyal customers for almost two years, but recently something changed. So much so that we canceled our weekly service contract and no longer use them for pool service or repairs.
For approximately 3-4 months, our weekly cleaning service was sporadic at best. Often the cleaning would be rescheduled or canceled due to a shortage of technicians. We were patient with this process as we understand how difficult hiring/maintaining employees can be. At the end of July, a technician arrived at our house to install the pool pump housing that was in need of repair (after a very long wait for it to arrive along with scheduling issues on behalf of the pool company). I don't believe the technician was made aware that we had also requested a deep clean of our pool (listed in their notes) due to travertine being installed. What transpired from this point was frustrating and unprofessional. The technician, who clearly did not want to do the work, slammed our screen door as he entered and exited, cursed and threw the pool brush onto the ground while saying "I give up" (I have this on video as our security camera picked it up). When he was finished "lightly brushing" the pool, he proceeded to tell us that there was nothing more he could do because our skimmer was clogged and told us to call a plumber. After sensing my frustration, he said "I guess I could check your chemical levels", to which I said "yes" and then he dumped a bunch of acid in the pool and told us to brush it ourselves and maybe it would eventually clear up.
We also asked him to reinstall our pool leveler (which we purchased from BM Wemple) and he proceeded to tell me that he couldn't get his hand inside the leveler to reinstall/fix it, therefore we should just purchase a new one as it wasn't worth his time or the amount he would need to charge to fix it. It almost seemed as if he didn't know how it worked.
We have since found a more reliable pool cleaning/repair company. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I would avoid hiring B M Wemple/Atlas pools for any of your pool maintenance needs.

I've been a loyal customer of B.M. Wemple Pools for 13 years. From the beginning as we tried to design the best pool for our medically complex son, the design team worked with us to come up with the best plan to meet his needs. We've been very happy with our pool and had a great experience for many years with the pool cleaning team. Unfortunately, over the past couple of months something has changed. We had damage to our screened patio door after a cleaning visit, and I called immediately to report the incident. I was told someone would call me back. I didn't get a call and followed up a few days later. Again, I was told I would get a call from a supervisor. A call was not received. I called again and was asked if I had video of the incident. I don't, but my wife was home when it happened. Again, no answers from the staff. I'm very disappointed that this would happen after such a great relationship with this business. I hope things can improve to the caliber of what we've enjoyed for such a long time.

This is the most dysfunctional services company I have ever used. The people are nice but their management must be the source for the issues because none of my neighbors have had trouble with their pool cleaners for an extended period of time.For the past 4 years our pool has been unusable for weeks at a time due to negligence by BM Wemple. The picture attached is an example of what it has looked like every late Spring and early Summer.We stuck around for so long only because of the warranty provided when they built our beautiful pool under the condition that we have them service our pool.We finally gave up this year and are much more satisfied with our new pool cleaner.

This company is horrible the worst. If they show up they show up when they feel like it. My pool has been green for 2 weeks the pool that they supposedly maintain weekly.Multiple calls and nothing gets done.

Absolutely horrible service! I want to give them a 0. My pool is so green. They skip weekly cleanings and I pay them. Always different people coming to clean the pool. They have ignored my calls to call me back. All summer my pool has been green. They never clean the filter. They also don’t scrub the walls. Absolutely horrible!!! Stay away!!
