BOA should just look into closing this location, nothing about this location is convenient for customers.If you are looking for a place to get cash, GO TO ANOTHER BOA. The ATMs at this location are constantly out of $$ or out of order. This has happened to me multiple(4+) times in the last two years I have lived over here.You might be thinking "That's okay, I'll just run inside and grab cash" but unfortunately the hours of this bank do not work for anyone. Who do you know works after 10am or gets off work before 4pm? Very few people I know. If I need in bank services, I have to either go into work(very late) or leave(very early)One of the reasons I wanted to move to this area was how close the BoA was, but this location just based on how their ATMs never work and how the hours for the bank itself are impractical get a 1 star from me.

Small branch but very resourceful and efficient! I was helped within 5 minutes of coming in by relationship manager Stephanie Sylvia. She was extremely kind and figured out my issue easily! The quickest I've been in and out of a branch

Not much to like or dislike at a bank. Nice location for me. Well kept building. Nice employees. Fees here are not all that great but it located around the country and is about the only reason I keep them. When it comes to banking, they work really well!

Once again BOA has disappointed. I went in to cash a check and 45 minutes later I was taken care of. There is only one teller and today she had a woman performing a manicure on herself. The manager was rude when I asked what was going on. I think everyone needs to switch to a better bank.

BoA customer for over 10 years and never received anything other than great customer service at various locations. Was promptly greeted and attended to upon entering. Had a document to notarize and was in and out within 5 minutes!

Never enough people to help customers. Obviously they don't care about customer service. Closing the drive thru was an awful idea. I wait 20-30 min each time to get change and deposit receipts every time

This branch has the best customer service in the area by far, had a problem with a hold on my paycheck and visited several branches and they just turned me away and said they couldn't help me, but the managers here looked into it for and got it resolved, 5 starsâ¤ï¸

n a BAC customer for 30 years. I have tried to get "help" from a teller at this location, at the most, 2 times in the last 5 years. Both times, they have been absolutely NO HELP at all. No initiative to find answer just try to get rid of you. For example, is there a way to deposit this "Prepaid" Visa card into my account. The first response, do you have an account (why would I ask it I could deposit something into my account). Then told, there is no way, "they" just want you to use the card....

Never enough staff on duty. Manager should really take a long look at payroll and add more people. Lines always take forever in drive thru and inside because there is usually only one or two people trying to do everything.
