This place is NOT honest at all, I got here WITHOUT appointment, and I asked if they have time to do my pedicure, they said yes the wait will be 15-20min … I waited 45min in the chair, some of them asked me to put my feet in the water and I wait 10 more minutes .. of course I left, please be honest with clients with your waiting time

Walked in was greeted by the lady seated in front. She pointed me to the older woman to do my toes, as she begun cutting my toe nails I told her I wanted them round (she started speaking in her native tongue and just from the way she was looking at me speaking I can tell she was being hostile) after that she proceeded to argue with me and then put her her hands near my face while being HOSTILE!!!!!!! She’s very lucky she’s a older woman bcz I would of took god out my thoughts and deal with her wickedly. ? After I told her to move along I was looking to see if the lady at the from of the store would intervene (Im assuming she’s the manager) but she did absolutely NOTHING just kept working on her clients nails as if that’s not an argument taking place. The UNPROFESSIONALISM at this business is trash! Not to mention I wanted the basis pedicure when I looked in the water all I saw was water. No soap no NOTHING!!!! How is a basic pedicure $30-45 and you can’t even soak your clients feet properly ? I wouldn’t recommend anyone supporting this business. Then I took the time out to read the reviews and realized that others are very displeased with the service and anyone that’s given them a great review is a LIAR!! Looking at the nail services they were given you could of literally gave a 12 yr old to do the job bcz all of the nail services shown by customers are HIDEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These ppl need to go back to drawing board bcz they CAN NOT DO NAILS AT ALL….

Great place! It is clean and the staff is amazing! We always call ahead to make a reservation because it makes it easier for us. They do accept walk ins!

Just visited for the first time and had a pedicure. I got right in, it was a calm environment and I received an excellent pedicure overall. Was quite the enjoyable experience and I definitely will be returning back here. Also cost were very reasonable.

Walked in Friday afternoon for a manicure and gel polish. The man that did my nails didn’t talk at all fine I popped my headphones in. But to have gel polish peel off 24 hours later is ridiculous. The mani was a bowl of warm water and then he filed down my nails, the polish didn’t cover the whole nail and spots were missing. Rude and most likely RACISTS. Ask specifically how much each service costs before they start. Cold, nasty, rude old man will make up whatever fees he thinks you should pay based on how you look. No way in hell 2 pedicures 2 gel overlays with NO nail tips should be $175 --

Came in on Friday afternoon got a gel mani and my eyebrows done. Loved the polish color but the gentleman man didn't clean under my nails. Saturday evening I was doing dishes and cooking dinner when my index finger polish went missing, odd since it's sealed on my finger nails. It's now Monday morning and all polish on my right hand has peeled off! I spent $30 on a mani and gel polish for what?? Never again
