“Bought my son a E-bike from a different company and messed up something on the build. These guys took it in, immediately diagnosed the problem and had it back to us same day. Once home I attempted to add Slime to the tires and proceeded to blow one up. Right back to Trek. They had to order parts for it and promised it would be returned as soon as possible. A major hurricane hit our area and they still had it back within a week. They did a complete once over, refusing to let it leave until they were satisfied it was perfect.
The staff here are complete professionals. They answered all my questions and refused to make fun of me even though I messed the bike up, twice!

“In town for a wedding with an extra day so we rented a couple of hybrid soft ride bikes from Kyle’s and had a great 20 mile out and back ride on the Cady Way Traill with a around Baldwin Lake with for a lunch stop. Great Ride and trail. Bikes worked well and the staff was great!”
