A couple months back on Thanksgiving day, I stopped at this gas station, filled up my car and purchased their top tier car wash. I took my car through the car wash but quickly realized that there was something wrong because there was no water being sprayed on my car, so those rubber spin heads were going across my newer Convertible Mercedes with no water. As soon as I was able to safely get my car out of the car wash, I pulled around and told the person behind the counter when it happened, he very blankly just stared at me with complete confusion and asked me what is it that you want me to do? I said well the first thing would be maybe an apology, but he didn't offer one and just stared blankly at me. I then asked him for the manager's phone number and he said the name of the manager was Terrence and gave me the phone number. I called Terence to no avail, I tried several times but he never answered and I even left a voicemail saying I know it's thanksgiving, so please call me when you're back to work. I never heard anything from Terence, I guess he couldn't be bothered. To add insult to injury, the very stoned or just disinterested young man behind the counter continued to let cars go through that car wash even though I told him he should shut it down becausevit was damaging cars paint jobs. A couple of cars that had the same problem behind me, parked and came side and they were also given the same confused clueless look from the kid behind the counter, who never did stop cars from intering the wash. The car wash left swirl marks all over my car from rubbing it with no water and I'm going to have to pay to get my car buffed out. I am going to have to reach out to BP corporate to get this matter addressed. I'm just now leaving this review because I didn't know you could leave gas stations reviews on Google prior to this.

Hours posted on door said 11pm, website said 11pm...employees sitting in their car in the parking lot waiting until closing time.

Terrible service every time. All of the people working here hate their lives and it shows. They make you feel like you're doing something wrong when they actually have to do what they're being paid for. It's crazy, I've attempted to come here multiple times and there's always some sort of issue.

I should have checked reviews before coming here, if I would've seen 2* I would've went elsewhere. I come in and find all workers sitting down in dinning area goofing off while manager was out there eating watching them. I go to front to make my order and manager walks back with mouth full of food and yells at clowns out front "customer!!" And proceeds to walk to her office and avoid taking my order. All 3 goofballs out front didn't move a muscle and kept on talking about their days. I submit my order on the kiosk which I'm assuming they had hoped I would so they didn't have to work. I place my order and one kid gets up and slowly walks back like he is annoyed he has to work. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. It's a shame how lazy they are. Horrible management and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Thanks for the old cold fries and half ass made sand which. I do not recommend.

When the coffee is fresh it's relatively really good the good thing is circle k will let you use the bathrooms late at night and as an Uber driver very difficult to find a gas station that will have its bathroom open so thank you circle k keeping fresh coffee late night and the bathroom open
