I showed up today to cash a check that my boss wrote me about 10 minutes prior, since my direct deposit isn't set up yet. The lady at the front (a brunette with glasses), was in charge of cashing my check. Well, after 5 minutes of waiting she said the computer won't let me process your check to cash it. She then passed me off to another lady who said that she couldn't cash it but I could deposit the funds. She also stated that they don't know why or couldn't explain to me why I was able to cash a check two weeks prior and not today. Then they proceeded to stamp a "endorsement canceled" stamp on my check. My cousin who works at the same company I do walked in and and cashed his check withoit issue. He made a small discussion about what had happened ro me and he ask if it's at the tellers discretion and they said yes. I work hard for my money and I do honest work this was uncalled for profiling. I do not recommend going to this branch unless you are ok with risking being profiled based of your appearance.

Chase's customer service is terrible. They haven't solved my problem for nearly a month, and the information they give me is different every time. It's so confusing. I don't recommend anyone to become their customer.

Every time I come to see a teller, we are waiting because they usually only have one teller working with a line of 4 or 5 guests.

The worst branch in America, I have tried to set up savings accounts for our business for 3 months, they are either to busy or extremely rude especially Rosanna Abel. The worst customer service I have ever received.

This branch is Not business friendly. Went in at 4:30 to open another account to our existing business account and they told us that it would take an hour to do and they close at 5pm. We asked why would it take an hour if we have an existing business account and they gave us a ridiculously confusing response of if we don't open our account with the same person who opened it then, who may remember our info and not have to ask for ids and questions about our business again, it takes longer. We opened our account 2.5 years ago...no one will remember us and why can I go in a speak about my business account but it would take an hour to open another one. This is poor customer service about employees who just want to go home early.

Chase is by far THE BEST bank I have ever had. My debit card is about to expire so I had calling to order a new one on my “to-do” list. Before I ever did I just received a new one in the mail. I’ve had chase for well over 10 years and only had good experiences with them. Shout out to all their employees, you all are doing a fantastic job!
