I frequent this location and never have a complaint. The staff is always beyond nice and inviting, the food is always perfect and they are very fast and efficient. Side note, I loved the heart shaped biscuits they had on valentines day for breakfast. It was a fun little surprise I wasn't expecting.Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for small children.

I love chic fil a , however my one grand complaint would be that on delivery orders your drink is not placed in anything protective. your bag has a sticker n it and the drink is not protected from being opened or messed with before it gets to you. Even McDonalds places the whole order inside a large bag and seals it for delivery. Might want to look into something like this.
