I had an apparent user error ordering catering. When I went to go pick it up that day Karen the GM was an angel, she was able to help me get the amount of food I needed in a timely manner and saved the day! Her and her team went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated their assistance! I’ll definitely be using this location for future orders.

Came here 3/10/24At 11:15 amI ordered one chicken bowl. But the scoop was of chicken was so small.I returned the bowl full of vegetables hoping to get a courtesy scoop.The small female cashier, i believe Alexandra.Told me and my wife to basically get lost,She refused to give us her name and rolled her eyes at us and didn't want to help us.There are kids running the store who dont not how to portion, and refuse to serve with a smile.If someone one higher is reading this.We are more than willing to take a refund.Thank you.

I'm retracting my 5 star review. I have loved this place and been a REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER placing mobile orders for my kids even when I'm not with them. I have been collecting rewards and everytime, including today, I try to use them, they tell me I'm doing it wrong. This time she told me to do it like I did it last time. Now the reward is expiring and I didn't get to enjoy it. I took the only card they had for a manager and tried calling the number on the card, because there is not email address on the card. It simply took me to the store phone automated service and would not let me speak to a manager. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!REWARDS PROGRAM IS A FRAUD.UPDATE: Make sure you ask for extra lettuce or they will put like 4 pieces on the bowl. It's supposed to be like a salad.

open till 11pm. But had no tacos available, and half of the food was put away they said they were “out of sour cream” and “out of dressings” they have let me down more than once.

This place is disgusting and I agree with the people saying to shut it down. Every time I go, a different problem. Food not fresh or being replaced at a normal rate, bathrooms FILTHY and trashed. Poor customer service. I am NEVER coming here again. Seriously, even other Chipotles have heard how bad this is from customers driving further for food. Unacceptable.

Last two time getting a bowl here the protein was cold and this time the girl working charged me for a soda when I did not want one. She then proceeded to tell me she cannot refund me because I paid with a gift card and rudely told me if I want the refund I need to message corporate. Very unhappy with the quality and customer service.

Chipotle needs to shut this location down. I've tried multiple times and their problems are consistent. Dining room is dirty, the food is terrible, online orders aren't prepared on time. On my last visit I received beans that weren't cooked fully. That was my first and last time back in over a year after having a bug in my food and watching as management completely ignored me and continued serving the lettuce that the bug was in.

Our family visited the Oviedo location last night. We were very disappointed in our service. When we walked in there were several trash cans overflowing as well as old food covering all of the tables. There was a long line and the employees were ignoring the customers and chatting with one another. The employees also very very rude. This location was out of several items as well. Missing chips, lids, and brown rice. As was not willing to make anymore. I have been an Oviedo resident for over 20 years. Normally I do not complain, but it was absolutely disgusting. All in all, it was very dirty and we did not feel comfortable eating inside the location and we were very disappointed.

Just left this location @ 5:30pm! When walking in an employee opens the door and drops a trash can in front of me and just left there. I walked in and asked the person that dropped the trash can for the manager, not to mention 6 or 7 employees just standing around and the place was filthy! The manager comes out with an attitude and I ask for his name and he replies” I don’t give out my name”….okay what’s your corporate email and he says I can give you a telephone number. Long story short, manager was rude and has no leadership skills, 6 to 7 employees just standing around while the place was filthy and they had no brown rice! Every time we visit this location they are always out of something! Just drive to Winter Springs!!!!!

Just went in (4:58pm) with my fianceé as I was craving Chipotle and was greeted by a trash can at the door and about 7 staff members sitting at a table talking. When I went up to order my food the person stared at me for about 5 minutes before attempting to take my order. I saw there was no brown rice which prompted me to ask if they were making more to which the person rudely responded with “we don’t have it”. Staff is extremely rude and the location is filthy, trash on the ground and dirty tables. Drive the extra bit and go to the one in Winter Springs.

I have never been to a Chipotle location that has been even close to how difunctional this location is. Ive been to this location a couple of times and everytime the trash bins in the lobby are overflowing on to the floor. Every table is trashed along with the floor. The customer service is terrible and the manager on shift always seems to be complaining with the staff about how everything is instead of taking over the situation and making a game plan. The kitchen is always a wreck with everything everywhere and looks unsanitary.What prompted this review was my last experience 2 nights ago. I ordered online in hopes to skip out on the madness. When I got home they completely forgot to put beans, sofrita's and guac on my order despite it being on the ticket. When I got home I realized I only had rice, corn, lettuce and pico... So I went back to have it re-made and was met with attitude. I showed them what I received and showed the receipt and they made it seem like I was being a Karen for complaining about my food. There was no apology or anything to try to fix the situation. They grudgingly remade it and sent me on my way. I never send food back when I go out to eat or make a big fuss but I couldn't get passed the overall situation.This location honestly needs to hone in and train the staff or have some sort of come to Jesus solution because the manor of this location is simply wild.

They made us wait 20 minutes for chicken, then wouldn’t allow us to have double chicken despite having a full tray of it.
