My first time here and it was a GREAT experience! This shop goes above and beyond in customer service from the front desk to the shop techs to the free shuttle svc drivers. I wasn’t even charged for anything after diagnosing a wheel imbalance issue. I would def recommend this local car shop for all your car maintenance needs.

This place is amazing from the time you walk in to the time you pick up your vehicle, everyone is super friendly and courteous. Sean fixed our vehicle and put our mind at ease. I definitely recommend CBA to anyone looking for a new place like we were, and anyone new to the area!

I recently visited Christian Bros Automotive with a balancing issue in one of my Tesla tires. After going to two previous tire shops with no luck in fixing the balancing, I finally went to Christian Bros as a last try before waiting 2 months for Tesla to fix. I spoke to Ron at the front desk and he immediately knew what the problems was (noise reduction foam loose inside the tire and bunched up). CBA fixed the tire, rebalanced and my Tesla now rides smooth with no vibrations. They also did not charge me! Great customer service!!!! I’ll be back for when I need new tires.

I love this place. I feel confident to bring my vehicle to them. They have the expertise of a dealership but it's locally owned and the people are really nice, especially Nicole and my shuttle driver (can't recall her name). Doubt I will go anywhere else for my vehicle service.

My husband is personal friend with George Beck and the amount of life that man has spoken into him is reflective in how well they cared for our family when our door was broken. The master mechanic that fixed it did it beyond what I even understood and my husband had to go back to learn the quality and excellence used was second to none.

Not happy with the service. Came in because of an oil leak with appointment at 8 AM. Car did not look at till 12:45. Paid for 2 inspection, they said they replaced the part. 24 hours later no oil in the car. For the amount that charge me and billing 220 hour for labor. The bill was around $1600 .Right now I’m not recommending them to anyone. I left a voicemail because it’s the weekend they’re not open. I hope I can update this after I connect with them.
