The location was not open when we arrived. There was a sign that said they would be back at 11:30 (it was 11;18). We went to the car to wait, but Alfredo came out immediately. He was helpful, courteous, and professional. He helped us bring the boxes to our car as well.

Always EXCELLENT customer service from Aamer, the GM here in the Oviedo store.
Always, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend using CubeSmart/ Oviedo primarily due to the customer service I receive here.

I've only been with CubeSmart in Oviedo for a few months, and I was recently informed that my rate would increase by $30 with only a few days' notice before my next payment was due. This left me feeling taken advantage of, as I didn't have enough time to move my belongings and have enough on my plate as it is, alfredo was wonderful though and kind enough to give me the same price for one more month which gives me time to figure this out. After only being there for a short period, I'm not happy with this sudden price increase, it took me 2 hours to research a good storage facility and honestly so far this has been a horrible experience.
