Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They don't answer their phone, I sat on hold today 3 separate times for 30 minutes to only be transferred to a prescribers voicemail box. I have confirmation that my daughter's prescription was e-presribed yet they say it must be a problem at the doctor's office. The pharmacist refused to help, or attempt to contact the doctors office.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with honestly. The pharmacy staff deliberately ignores the incoming phone calls I have also stood right there at the counter and called the phone rings and they dont pick it up. I had to have my insurance company contact the pharmacist for my rx and couldn’t get thru. The asian pharmacist Tim is a very rude person and has NO customer service or people skills whatsoever. He told me and an older gentleman that was having issues with getting prescription filled to just go to another pharmacy. This isnt my first bad experience with this location. CVS hire people that can do their job properly

From the mouth of my Physician, his office is not sending any patients to CVS ever again and only sending them to Walgreens or Publix. I came by just to ask what was the eta for a prescription because there's only voice-mail on the phone and they denied having a prescription order voice-mail from my Doctor the two times I came by until I got word from my doctor and I told them my Dr's office had record of the call, ONLY THEN they admitted they did have it but it was too close to closing time and only decided to help by sending the order to the 24hr location when I mentioned I had a medical condition. They have a lawsuit waiting to happen, stop power tripping with people's prescriptions, its not a game and might end up killing or severely hurting someone.

Pharmacy staff seems overworked. Unable to reach via phone or text to check on important prescription. Leadership needs to reassess work loads and processes to better provide care and improve morale. My family has taken business elsewhere even though I've had good interactions with individual staff. The staff cannot carry the load alone.

Jamie in the CVS Pharmacy on Lockwood blvd was extremely rude to me and my 2 children who were with me to pick up a prescription. It took almost 1 hour. Due to a small glitch in picking up my prescription, Jamie who had helped us, went on to help every other person in line, answered phone calls, etc., while my two kids (One Autistic) grew tired and impatient waiting. Jamie then went on to make several rude comments to us as she walked by us at the window and went to help others. I will never go back to that CVS if Jamie continues to work there. What happened to "Customer Service?"

Wow. So this LONG review is specifically regarding the pharmacy department.SUMMARY: Uncaring, incompetent and generally unhelpful pharmacy staff. Save yourself a huge hassle and go somewhere else.As an end note, my family is switching ALL prescriptions to a different pharmacy after today, so I'll have to drive passed this CVS to shop at another. (If we continue with CVS at all)My daughter needs (regular) medication that requires a consent form be signed. No big deal - we've done this many times. After several back and forth calls directly to the pharmacy at the store (not a remote call center or another branch), to verify the consent form was received, we were TOLD by the pharmacy staff member that they did have the form and the medication was ready for pickup (once the form is signed in person - as always)Less then 30 minutes later, at the store (pharmacy drive-thru) I was told the prescription is not ready and they do not have enough medicine to fill it - I could wait 2 days for it to be ordered, or go to a different CVS.When I asked why we were told that the prescription was ready, I was advised that I misunderstood the communication. I asked how 'ready for pickup' could be misinterpreted...The following day, we went to the store to pick up the consent form to take with us to another branch. Apparently, there is NO way for a pharmacy to transfer a form of this sort electronically. We have to physically pick it up and deliver it. (We were specifically told this is the only way to transfer the form). We contacted another CVS and verified they had the medication in stock. (It's astounding that no attempt was made by the CVS pharmacy staff to assist us in finding this medicine.)Once again we drive down to the store.MYSTERIOUSLY, the consent form they received the night before is gone - vanished. They don't have it. The pharmacy person advised 'it isn't where it should be' and said they'd TEXT the pharmacy person from last night to try to locate it.At this point the total incompetence is too much. We contacted our doctor, asked them to send the consent form to the other CVS pharmacy where we signed it and had the prescription finally filled.I cannot believe people with this level of (hate to say the word again, but) incompetence are allowed to fill prescriptions. Some jobs needs to be handled meticulously to insure as few mistakes happen as possible - you expect your pilot to know where everything in the cockpit is, press the correct buttons and to make sure all his communications are exact. That's a bare MINIMUM responsibility.A Pharmacist job is just as vital. As far as I'm concerned, compounded errors like this show a dangerous level of (again) incompetence.I am contacting CVS corporate offices to attempt to file a direct complaint.

No star for these idiots in the pharmacy dept. constantly have issues with this place, rude, no one works there and today have some black haired old woman in the pharmacy hold me up waiting for some woman to come out of the restroom to check her out as I just stand there waiting to be helped. Took me 30 seconds to do my transaction but I ended up wasting 15 minutes of my time waiting on this woman who was nowhere in sight. I will be transferring my prescriptions after this and been with you for two decades.

Great place if you'd like to waste an hour of your time waiting in line at the prescription drive through.I don't know what they're doing there but it's clear they are not ready to serve customers.

I had a horrible experience in the pharmacy department. Staff is very rude. I had an appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes. Don't go there for COVID testing.

Do not use this pharmacy. The staff is horrible. They have lied to me and my wife. They are not cooperative and multiple doctors have told me they have never worked with a worse pharmacist. Zero stars!!
