Shopped at this location for items for some youth at my job. Non profit organization. The young lady did not know how to input the tax exempt letter. Not an issue. She FaceTime her boss. She still couldn't get the letter to remove the taxes from the sale. We had patiently waited for 15 minutes. The store starts to fill up with customer and this young lady (cashier embarrasses my youth by accusing 2 of them of stealing.) The girls had mints in their pockets from church. We will not bother to give our business to an organization like that. So unnecessary. I total mess.

Why did they rehired the short Spanish lady with the glasses. Next time I'm there I'm gonna try to get her name. She is very rude to the customers. Twice she has been rude to me and then today very rude to my son. I stopped going there because of her, then returned when Nicole was there and was told that lady was no longer there. And here she is back and being rude. Come on Dollar General there are more qualified people out there looking for work.

The manager called the cops on my daughter for no reason. She stops by to purchase snacks after school and to wait for a ride home. When asked why the manager called the cops on her, she wouldn't give a straight answer and just said "I dont know." I have filed a complaint with corporate and will no longer be spending money at this store. Shame on this manager for treating their customers this way!

Vary bad customer service! the cashier having a personal conversation the whole time on the cellphone, did not care about my questions or trouble making a deal work. i hope thus is a bad employee and it is not the store policy to allow employees having personal conversations on their cellphone while customers are ignored.

Me and a group of people came to shop around 5:20 today and the doors were locked, nobody answering the phone. The lights were on inside so I'm not sure why they locked up so early.

I’m uncomfortable every time I go in this store. The blonde headed store manager will follow you around the store with her eyes. Next time I go in I’ll get her name. I come to this store 2 to 3 times a week and it always the same thing…feeling like I’m being watched to make sure I’m not stealing . Which I’m not I do have money, but it’s pretty obvious how she treats the customers differently. I just think something someone should look into this!!

It’s another among a bajillion other Dollar General stores and I will say , they have perfected the art of building a new one on every empty lot they find. Before you purchase at Dollar General, you should always know the average price of the merchandise you’re buying because oftentimes Dollar General costs a good bit MORE than other discount stores.
