I’m only giving one star because I need to but really it’s a zero for me. My father went in and the manager refused to cash him out using the register because he claimed that that’s what the automatice cash register is for. Completely unacceptable and rude. He told my father to leave because he was “busy restocking”

I love Tiffany. She’s the most pleasant person you have there. She’s always a big help and she doesn’t make you feel. I want it while you’re in the store or ignores you. You have some employees there. It’s one employee the blonde lady. I’m not sure of her name, but she profiles every kid that comes in the store no matter what the color they are. She’s always asking. Are they still in? Can you watch them for me? I don’t think that’s right for her to ask customers to watch and see if someone is still in your store, I come there daily but at this point, I’m not visiting your store when she’s there because it’s awful the way she does People

I came into this store on Tuesday, April 4th around 4:30pm and was so happy with the customer service I received from the gentlemen that was working. I unfortunately didn't get his name. Not only did I get amazing customer service but he also mentioned a BOGO sale that was going on. Will definitely be returning.

This particular Dollar General is on the corner of McCullough Road and North Tanner Road. With all the construction that has happened here in the last few years, I am confident that this Dollar General is a great full addition to the area. It appears to be a newer location, as well. I am sure that it was built because of the large amount of construction of new homes in the area. Not to mention that it is very close to the University of Central Florida. This place has the usual items that you would fond in a Dollar General. Some things are a good value, while others just are not worth any perceived savings. I guess that it is up to us to figure out what's worth it and what's not worth it. Overall, I am going to give this location of Dollar General four stars.

My kids and I go to this Dollar General Store quite often since it's conveniently located near our home. It's our first stop before hitting up the Publix down the street.We stopped by this particular Dollar General Store (#18359) to purchase a few non-perishable canned goods to donate to the local Homeless Veterans Thanksgiving dinner. We found two of the three items and went to pay at the register. I was telling the cashier what the kids and I were doing and how we were unable to find canned cranberry jelly. He pointed us to the aisle where they were stocked and there wasn't any more. He asked me if I could wait a minute so he could check the back to see if he had some in the back storage area. Viola- he comes out with three six-packs of the canned cranberry jelly. This young man's name was Jason. Did he have to go in the back to check? No, he could have just proceeded to close the transaction and moved on but instead not only helped me out but he also helped feed our local homeless Veterans. Excellent customer service is hard to come by nowadays and everyone calls to complain rather than compliment. I wanted to make sure that this young gentlemen gets some recognition for going above and beyond what one would normally do.Just so you know, I am not related to anyone who works at this store nor do I know anyone who works at any Dollar General Store. I just appreciate great customer service and believe that those who provide great customer service should be recognized and applauded. Kudos JASON!

They keep closing the store early with no sign. Cars in the parking lot and staff inside today at 9:00 pm but doors were locked. I motioned to the staff and they ignored me. How rude!
