The manager at this location, Daniel, is awesome! He really cares about customers. I called to ask if I should come in and buy balloons ahead of time and then bring them back the next morning at 8 am to get the helium put in ( I needed them for a birthday the next day). He said come in and pick them out ahead of time and then leave with him and he would have it ready first thing in the morning because he would be there. He did exactly as promised and the balloon bouquet was amazing!!! Love that this location is open at 8 am. Unfortunately at some of the other nearby locations only open at 9 am and when I have needed balloons, after checking out and paying for them there is often a long wait while the employees continue to ring up other customers and only put the helium in my balloons when the line is finished. I’ve sometimes had to wait 20-30 minutes after paying for balloons. Not at Daniel’s location!

This 5 stars not for the staff not for MANAGERS not for cashiers, this 5 stars is for the girl who helped me yesterday her name is Jennifer, I normally do not get a Hi or did you find everything ok at Dollar Tree, I always get a very bad attitude bad behaviors from all employees in this store and different store, but yesterday it was so VERY unprofessional 3 managers yelling on top of their lungs arguing while the cashier and all the customers WAITING for one of these 3 managers unprofessionally yelling at fighting each other, line was crazy no one took an action!!!!
The only person who truly stepped in and took an action is Jennifer she was such a sweet lady she caring about the customers about her job about everything you can tell that she do care about this store it is not JUST A JOB and they dont give a ***** about it. Please hire people like her sweet and professional and taking her job seriously, it is a shame hearing staff/managers yelling out loud At each other’s while alllll customers just waiting for them to be done and we heard everything they saying! Unbelievable!

Associates are always kind and exhibit amazing vustomer service!
This morning I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel. Not only does he know where literally every item is located withing the store (I'm talking pinpoint to the exact location, not general aisle) he shows patience and kindness!
I'm so glad I needed help today so I could meet him and will surely keep coming back!

I had a great experience placing a balloon order! Daniel (I believe may have been manager) made sure he got my order and another women’s order completed quickly so those waiting in order with other purchases could be checked out timely. Thank you again!

Hands down THE BEST Dollar Tree in Central Florida! The store manager, Daniel, is always active on the floor helping his staff and working to make the store look great. Lu is equally awesome and has the best personality! I enjoyed the whole checkout process thanks to Lu and Daniel.
The Oviedo Dollar Tree is truly superior to any other! After work today, I made a mistake and went to another Dollar Tree in the area because it was convenient and on my way home from work. When I got to the checkout line, I realized there was only one employee that I could spot in the entire building and she was the one behind the register. The line was backed up and I did not have 30 minutes to wait in line especially because I also needed balloons and I didn’t want the people behind me to wait. I left without being able to purchase any items.
Daniel always makes sure that his store is properly staffed to avoid long wait times. I will continue to shop at this Dollar Tree thanks to Daniel, Lu, Xavi, and the rest of the awesome staff.

One lane open, long lines for my mother in law age 99. Plus they need help stocking there shelves. Boxes and dollies in many aisle blocking aisles.

I checked out at 4:54 PM today February 7, 2024, there’s was a huge line and only one register open, this person needs help, they were two employees talking on the front, I don’t know what they were doing, but this guy needs help!! Dollar tree you need to hire more register people.

love this location I pass a few to go here! always have my favorite dollar store items and the staff are great and kind super helpful!! specifically a gentleman with a beard and a lady with beautiful long curly hair! I want to say they are manager's?...well they make the environment mad chill and they keep order! thanks! xoxo
