I despise that place. Employees for the most part are pleasant, but the corporation needs work. Extensive work. I don't appreciate being charged more money for a sh1ttier product.. y'all have pushed me to go to privately owned companies. Which at the end of the day I feel better about. Peas gawd

No Tap-To-Pay and RFID tech has been out since the 1970s. It’s been in debit/credit cards since 2004. This means that this Home Depot is about 20 years out of date.

Our landscaper cut the power cable to the gate on our driveway. It's 4th of July and I couldn't get anyone to repair it before we leave town.
I'm reasobly handy and had some time so I figured I'd do it. I needed 16AWG wire, (no idea what that means without googling) so I took a piece of the wire to home Depot.
They didn't have 16 AWG. They did have 18 AWG. They did not have what I was looking for. A rep in electrical said to get 18 AWG and that it "should" work. He said if it didn't work, he'd take it back as a return.
I finally got a call back from my gate guy and he says no, use 16 AWG.
So I tried to take the $17 worth of cut 18 AWG Wire back to home Depot.
First I asked a young woman at customer service, she said no, citing company policy. Then I asked for a manager.
Curtis, the MOD Tuesday night cited company policy repeatedly. And since I didn't know the name of the guy in Electrical, they wouldn't give me a refund.
Apparently if I knew the name of the guy, they would have given me a refund.
I told Curtis that I didn't think he understood my situation. He told me that he "understood words."
There are two types of experience people tell their friends about. Excellent and really bad. Guess which kind this was.

The quality of lumber and home depot in general has gone right down the drain. You pay $50 for a top quality prime piece of lumber and its garbage. If the dollar store sold lumber theyd be home depot.

Amazing customer service at this location wow ? Home Depots customer service is usually pretty good but Natalie at Pro Desk and Gustavo in flooring really went out of their way to provide excellent professional service, very grateful for their help. ☺️

Not fine paying rental for a tool that won't torn on ESPECIALLY when your person can't turn in on either. While I did appreciate the free demonstration of taking the plug apart, i would have much preferred to just get my money back for your mistake instead of a mind numbing long winded arguments with an employee's back side while he fiddles with your broken product.

Talked to 3 different employees to get someone to trim blinds. Assistance was requested twice over the intercom system. After 30 minutes I got tired of waiting.

Home Depot is the best place to go for whatever you need! Aside from groceries, I would suggest Home Depot over Wal-mart. Prices are comparable and customer service can't be beat!

I really like this location, but I wish they’d have more non-self check out. I really hate self check out with a passion.

Was hoping I would find some succulents that I did not have. Nothing new or exciting today.

Always my favorite store to go to. Always has everything we need without having to go to 5 different stores, as well as some of the best staff a contractor could ask for
