I needed more spray paint. Fortunately, Home Depot is opened until 8pm on Sundays. They still carried the color I had purchased last year, but the price had gone up. I guess that's to be expected. At self checkout, I required assistance. An employee came over right away, and I was able to complete the transaction in a timely manner.

My favorite store ! Some very long term and knowledgeable employees to help your project go smoothly and when it doesn't they know how to get fixed properly. The paint staff is top notch and will go above and beyond to help paint match situations

My husband and I needed to rent a tool but they were out. Ruben, Jeff, and Diane however called up a few locations and were able to locate the tool at another location. They were friendly and extremely helpful and eager to help; best home depot experience there!

The worst home depot there is. Staff is very disgruntled and no one wants to do their job. Waited for 2 hours just to have someone provide me with a pallet of sheetrock. The manager is non-existent. I requested to speak with one, and she never showed up. I came back the next day to speak with the manager, and the same issue. Stay away from this home depot. I don't support or promote other businesses. But Lowe's customer service is much better, and they treat you like a human being, not a criminal. Home Depot, as of late, has been on the outs, and I can see why, and if Home Depot keeps this up, they are going to end up like Macy's and Sears. Going forward, I'm taking my business to Lowe's.Manager Diana is horrible and is not helpful at all and nonexistent when requested.

I didn’t get a receipt because I did an exchange— but Maria from customer service was amazing. Sweet sweet lady who helped us without any struggle. A precious smile too! I would’ve loved to fill out a survey online but I don’t have a receipt and it wouldn’t let me complete it without a code.

I placed a large order for delivery and paid $79 to have it delivered but yet the associate that was putting the items together decided he wasn’t gonna keep looking for the items and just cancelled them out. When I spoke to the supervisor he otice there were plenty in stock. Supervisor said he needs to check with the associate to see why he did what he did. I will never order from this Home Depot location again.

I have never had so many issues with Home Depot then now. I bought a shower head and a tub spout online. Home Depot sent me a sink faucet and the tub spout in the wrong color. Unfortunately, the shower head I wanted was now out of stock when trying to correct Home Depot’s mistake. However, the associate I spoke to was very nice helped me find a similar head and price matched. She also sent a courier to my house to pick up the two wrong items and reordered the tub spout again for me. The tub spout came and was again the wrong color so I decided to go into this Oviedo Home Depot to do the exchange. The associate (Karen) couldn’t understand why the sku from my order receipt wasn’t matching the one that was sent, couldn’t understand that I didn’t have an order number instead I had a receipt number, and then didn’t even attempt to help right the wrong. Not once did she apologize at any point for Home Depot’s mistake and after finally figuring out that she could return it and I said I needed an exchange because yes I still need a tub spout just in the right color she just stated that the sku must be wrong and proceeded to just stare at me as if she couldn’t help me further. She never tried to escalate it to a manager but just simply gave up. Now I have no spout, a shower head that really wasn’t the one I wanted, and almost at the point to where these items are needed for my remodel where I am no where closer to what I need than I was 3 weeks ago.
