The last week in March purchased washer and dryer for $1600 from Home Depot. June 3rd they were delivered and I have not been able to do one load of laundry since. The Home Depot installers wired my dryer for 120 V. I hired a electrician because i thought it was the power supply $200 charge. He reported and took pictures of the wiring incorrect and broken lug. Not helpful with my issue. Between Samsung and Home Depot not taking responsibility for my dryer being installed broken! I still have a new dryer not working! Not getting help! Very frustrating! Would not recommend

I went into the Oviedo Home Depot to ensure the electrical parts I needed were there. I hear some good music over the store intercom system and then the commercials started only in Spanish no problem I guess as there are many Spanish speakers in the US. As I walked around the dual language identification labels caught my attention. Then I noticed in the lumber area marking are metric I was in store for about an hour and all announcements were still in Spanish. How about a bit on English announcements.

Wow.. horrible service. At 8am stocking shelves and have complete aisles closed. Finally found someone to talk to and was told I cannot go down the aisle but they could grab something for me.... off to Lowes

This is my "go to" Home Depot in Orlando. The reason is simple. It has a complete set up for all your projects like all Home Depots but when you need to rent a truck or tool equipment this is the locationMy most recent trip involved rental of a truck some home projects.Kelly and Henry were most helpful with making this happen. I needed to drop off a Toro lawn mower for repair along with some other projects that required truck rental. The weather was typical afternoon down pours and it caused my to do list with the truck to bottom out. I had only planned this minimum rate but changed to a day rate. Henry helped me out tremendously. He knew the weather prevented me from doing my tasks and helped me out on the time so I could get the most out of my day rate. He really made the difference. Thank you Henry!

Was there around 6:00 looking for plastic totes I had seen over the weekend. Asked an employee who told me they were seasonal and they didn't carry them anymore. I got cardboard boxes and went to check out but only self checkout was available and I couldn't get the boxes to scan. I asked if there was a register open and was told there was one at the opposite end of the store. Went there as the light was turned off. I found the bins on my way back to the self check out. I struggled to get the bins to scan and the boxes to scan. As I struggled with the last one an employee said she could help me. After watching me struggle and I was on the last bin. If I wanted to check myself out, I'd go to Wal Mart. Home Depot has lost my business.
