This tax year is by far the best experience I have ever had. Madan Arora and the rest of his staff is simply the best. Their everything you need in tax preparation. Professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. Jackson Hewitt should be very proud to have them.

October 2023: I am updating my review as Google will not let me review Madan more than once. Madan has again worked several miracles for my family. During the end of the season when everyone with an extension was competing for Madan's time, I was worried that I would not be able to get my requirements answered. Amazingly, Madan found time for me when I was on the other side of the world in Abu Dhabi. He has a calm demeanor that relieves the atmosphere of panic and desperation that I normally come to him with. His expertise demonstrates that when he is working for me, everything will be ok. Madan is a very methodical professional that everyone should have at their side. We are thankful to Madan for his years of support. We couldn't have done it as well without him! RESPECT!July 2021: Madan Arora Has been extremely instrumental for keeping our tax filings correct and up to date. He always has the most recent changes available for us and advises on mid term projects. And, As my wife and I are in different countries working for the USG, he continually makes himself available for our international calls. Thank you Madan!

I have used them the last few years but will not be going back. The person assistant me took numerous breaks from helping to go help other tax preparers which was frustrating and adding at least 30-50 mins to my appointment. My appointment was at 4 and thry did not see me until almost 5, an hour after my appointment time. To top it all off they charged me double what I paid last year and the forms I use to file have not changed. Very disappointing.

Madan is a true professional! We had a mess with our taxes after selling a home in TX and moving to FL and he took the time to filter through a mountain of paperwork to help us find what we needed. He is very kind and I highly recommend him.

Today Mr. Arora the office manager prepared and filed my taxes. When I thought I would owe IRS turns out I am entitled to a refund! Wonderful customer service! I highly recommend them and will be back again next year!
