We are so grateful to have found Jerry's shop on a recent trip to the area. We realized the rear suspension on my Mercedes 450 had failed after we disembarked a cruise ship and there was no way we could have driven 7 hours home. It was lunchtime on a Friday and most repair shops and dealerships are closed over the weekend. After many calls to repair shops located close to Port Canaveral, we found Jerry's MB Service. Jerry was the ONLY repair shop who was willing to order the parts for a late afternoon delivery and fix our car by the end of day Friday. We would have been stranded in the area over the weekend if Jerry had not squeezed our car in for the repair. We wish we lived in the area and Jerry's MB Service could regularly service our Mercedes. Thank you Jerry and team for helping us on a very stressful afternoon! We will always remember your kindness.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We can't thank Jerry enough for squeezing us in on a Friday afternoon to fix the air suspension on our Mercedes 450 GLS. We had called multiple repair shops and two MB dealerships who were unable to help us and we had a 7 hour road trip home ahead of us. Jerry tracked down the parts and repaired our car quickly so that we did not have to delay our trip home. It is evident that they truly for customers and they have such a nice and clean waiting area. We wish we lived in the Orlando area so that we could regularly use Jerry's MB Service for all of our service needs!

Completely botched and unhappy with the resolution and outcome! My vehicle failed smog due to the tampering of my catalytic converters: turns out Golden Auto Muffler removed and replaced my cats with resonators.I argued with the shop to no avail since they refused to accept full responsibility. Their only offer was that I pay for a complete cat job minus the price of the previous work. I had to bring in The Bureau of Automotive Repair, which got me a somewhat favorable compromise: cats at cost with no further labor. My hands were tied; I gotta pass smog.In the end I got a cut-rate job commensurate with the amount I paid. The welds and mismatched pieces were about as refined as Frankenstein's limbs. Since the catalytic convertors were shorter than the resonators, some pipe had to remain to fill the gap. And get this, the guy actually requested smaller cats than the ones brought out previously to make for an easier installation. I'm sure I still paid for the larger cats. When I asked why it wasn't a cleaner job, the guy responded with attitude. The worst part is that none of this was necessary. The boss kept gaslighting me on how my original catalytic converters needed replacement anyway. On the smog test my vehicle passed functional inspection, but failed visual inspection because of the missing cats. And two years prior (before they messed with it) it passed both with flying colors. I'm fairly certain my vehicle would've passed smog if not for their tampering. I had to endure a lot of unwanted hassle and expense due to the shop's misdiagnosis and subsequent negligence.

These guys essentially totaled my girlfriend's car. Her check engine light came on, code suggested to replace the catalytic converter (put a pin in that one). We took it here and went home, light came back on. Took it here again and they replaced her mass airflow sensor. Months later we took it to the dealership (because they couldn't figure out what was wrong) and came to find out they crammed an aftermarket catalytic converter and mass airflow sensor into her car, and the cat actually did enough damage that to fix the car up for inspection, it would have cost upward of $5,000. We're about $2,000 into incremental, bogus repairs and looking at having to come up with a down payment for a new car now. Never coming back here again, and I would not risk trusting these guys with anything more than very basic routine repairs.

In my last 2 visits to the local Mercedes Dealership I found myself being coerced into service on my low mile E Class which I didn't feel I needed at the time and declined. I found Jerry's MB Service and had a great experience. Jerry & Paul were professional, honest, friendly and knowledgeable but most of all they didn't recommend a service just yet that the dealership wanted to sell me over a year ago. Don't think twice about bringing them your Benz.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Been taking my vehicles to Jerry for years. Always a great experience and much closer than the dealer in distance and lower in price with techs that came from the dealers.

Great family owned shop. Prices are great and the service is unbeatable. I was recommended to Jerry's by a friend who's been going there for a decade and I've never once left disappointed

Amazing people and really decent rates. They make me feel like a priority costumer every time I come in, even for the smallest service. Best Mercedes auto shop I’ve ever been to!

If you own a Mercedes, do not give this place a second thought - call them, get your car in there and know you will be treated right and the service will be done right and on budget. They are a family owned, clean, 100% customer focused, honest business, in a business that on many levels doesn't share that same distinction. I am still in awe of how much these guys just set the right bar for others to follow. 5 stars doesn't do them justice, but they definitely both deserve and earned those stars.Service: Auto maintenance

I’ve used Jerry’s for several repairs over the past several years. I have a e350 bluetec. Every repair has been on key and much more affordable than the dealership. The shop is clean and organized. This shop has been a great experience for me. I have no problem recommending them.Service: Electrical repair

My vehicle sustained an estimate of $3,419.99-$4,110.29 worth of damage on Oct 28, 2020 while in the care of Jerry's MB Services Inc. Their task that day was to replace two back tires and completed general maintenance that had been started on Oct 21.

My vehicle sustained an estimate of $3,419.99-$4,110.29 worth of damage on Oct 28, 2020 while in the care of Jerry's MB Services Inc. Their task that day was to replace two back tires and completed general maintenance that had been started on Oct 21.When I arrived to pick up my car, there was New white paint (on my Black 2016 Mercedes Benz) 15 inches high and 3 ft. long on the rear back left fender and the metal back corner panel. Jerry’s comment at the times was “Wow, this is fresh paint” Also there was a minor scratch on the two left side door panels. I asked what he was going to do as it was not damage that morning and he had no reply. The next day the car was towed to Mercedes Benz of North Orlando who reported there was an extensive bulge in the front left tire on the side wall suggesting the car had possibly hit a curb. and damage to the left front undercarriage as well.In a response to a report I sent to the FL Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services, Jerry flat out lied and claimed I took a week to report the damage, but I talked to him that day and tried to see him the following day to nail down our path forward and was informed he was on vacation until the 3rd, so I continued to investigate and attained 2 estimates. I met him on the day of his return, Nov 4, where he falsely claimed he didn’t have insurance. It wasn’t until after I called the police that he admitted he did have insurance and gave the information to the police officer and me so that I could file the claim.Martin Collision Center called Winchester Insurance to approve the repairs and they stated, per Jerry, they would only pay for paint brush touch-ups as he was denying responsibility.I paid $3422.72 for repairs to Martin Collision & $468.07 to Tires Plus for new front left tire plus.Jerry is unwilling to take responsibility for the damages to my car while in his care. I am at a loss as to how to recoup my losses so all that is left to do is to tell my story to try help others. I have all documentation and am quite willing to send it to anyone as proof of the events in the hopes to save you time, money and great frustration! Please be weary of this vendor! He is not the stellar businessperson his few views lead you to believe!Service: General repairs & maintenance
