Went in an hour before they closed to get some food. And left fully disappointed. Said they were out of some ingredients. Use the app or kiosk, it's faster. Just wish they still had the app special 8 piece dark for $10. They took it off and is now $18. And the time to pick up in the app is always wrong. Add like 10-15 minutes.

I order the $5 deal which is a leg n thigh n biscuit get home n there’s a wing n breast. If you know u don’t have it don’t give someone something else that they don’t want. It really made me mad. The food is good and the service just a well. The only issue is with the chicken available. After paying for my order and wait I was told they didn’t have enough pieces to full fill my order. One of the managers, a very helpful Hispanic man tried to make it work but at the end I decided for a full refund. My kids only like drumsticks. If they take care of that issue it’ll be the perfect KFC.

After work had to immediately go UCF supply shopping with my daughter which meant no time to make dinner. . . because it was late and we were tired we mobile ordered and picked up Kentucky Fried Chicken on the way home.I know restaurants often have their slumps, but I'll tell you that was some of the best fried chicken we've had in a long LONG time. The flavor took us back to when my husband and I were kids. The meat was so moist and actually wonderful. When we arrived the drive through attendant was friendly, actually smiled a lot, and was very courteous. They've definitely earned my business in the future.

I keep trying to give this place another chance, but they fail exquisitely every time. I rarely give out bad reviews, but this place just begs for one. I went to the location a couple of times over the last week or so and the girl at the window with the really curly hair that's pulled back in a ponytail, is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. I purposely say thank you so much when she hands my order to me and she just blankly stares at me and closes the window. That's not enough to get a bad review, but her nasty attitude definitely warranted one tonight. I placed my order for three chicken tenders, and when I pull up to the window she just rudely says pull forward to the handicap spot, without any explanation at all. So I pull up to the spot and sit there for 15 minutes, and since I have groceries in the car, I pull back around to the speaker and asked if they had forgotten my order maybe, she very rudely just says, pull to the window. So I pull around and she hands my food out the window and I told her that if they're going to make people wait that long they need to be informed because maybe they can't sit there and wait, she just gave me a nasty look and said we have lots of orders waiting and slammed the window in my face. She never once deigned to apologize, and based on my previous experience with her over the last couple weeks, she's probably never said I'm sorry in her entire life. You would think that the owners of this location would want friendly people at the window since they have such horrible reviews online, but clearly they could not care less. When she closed the window in my face I tapped on the window and said excuse me she looked at me and then just smirked and walked away. So I started knocking on the window and finally, who I'm guessing was a manager, but he didn't identify himself, asked if he could help and I told him how nasty this girl was and he just said I'm sorry. He didn't say that he would address the issue, nothing and I told him that people like her are the reason that this restaurant has such horrendous reviews. To add insult to injury the last three times I've been there in the last couple weeks they have got my order wrong every single time. There's never once been a single napkin in the bag and I always ask for a fork, even though it's supposed to come with one, it never does even when I request it. They forget part of the order or something is wrong every single time, without fail, it's almost comical. Based how little the management and owners care about the horrendous service given at this location, it just makes you wonder if this is a front for something. I look forward to the day when they close their doors and something else moves in there. My receipt says the order was taken by Mia at 6:40 p.m. on December 15th

We went through the drive thru on our way from the Airport because I was wanting a good, quick hot meal.Not only was the window worker rude and impersonal, but the chicken was dry, the mashed potatoes and coleslaw tasted "off" as if they were old, and the biscuits were so dry they were like dust!The food was inedible and had to be thrown away!DEFINITELY not worth the $29 we spent!I will NEVER frequent this KFC again and if you can't afford to waste money, I'd suggest you don't either!JUST HORRIBLE!!!

Ordered in the App said 5:40 would be ready arrived and told by the very rude HS brunette girl it would be another 20 minutes. Waited patiently and it took 22 minutes asked for the manager and she just walked away. Never go there if you want your food on time you almost always have to wait but it’s never busy. Seems like they want to cook everything too order to not waste but that does not work with fried chicken that takes 20 minutes to cook. Terrible processes and management style. Too bad I love kfc chicken but avoid this place at all cost unless you like to wait and be talked to like a second class citizen.

well I wanted an 8 piece white meat extra crispy. 20 minute wait so I went with the regular all white. what I got was the regular dark and white. we don't like dark so basically I had two pieces of chicken we could potentially eat. the chicken was smashed into the bucket. the pieces were breaking apart it was over cooked with soggy skin. that is a deal breaker for me. the cole slaw was as always really good. I was giving the new KFC a another chance in the new location but I will not be back. how do you serve fried chicken that is soggy. the staff was friendly but the food is not good

This KFC is so hit or miss. The first time I came here my chicken sandwich was Amazing, but since coming back twice it has just been okay. Two of the three times I have been I had to pull ahead and wait in a parking spot for the food to be brought out. I thought this might mean that they were making the food fresh, but neither the chicken nor fries tasted fresh when they brought it out.
