I walked into a fully staffed store, but no one greeted me. This mall, like many malls across America, is barely holding on. If there is no customer service, I'll quickly go elsewhere - That's exactly what I did.

I stop at this store to buy clothes for my trips to Europe. The salesperson came to me at least 3 times to ask me if I need help, I found what I need, etc, etc. It’s an annoy place to buy.
I left the store and didn’t buy anything. I don’t plan return.Let the customers alone, shop in peace. We know what we looking for.

I’m a new mom and have trouble leaving the house. Cashier was really mean about me trying to return earrings I had purchase a few months back. She repeated “oh wow, yeah these are really old” 3 different times and made me feel terrible. I wasn’t being pushy - I was happy with whatever they could offer. Mean girls.
