This establishment is the most expensive cleaner I know any where. Two suits and 4 shirts costed me $89.92. I have never paid this much for few clothes. There was nothing special done but cleaning. I made the biggest mistake when I walked out with out a price on the receipt. If you use this establishment ask for cleaning cost for each garment. Save yourself from a big $$ surprise. I learned a very expensive lesson.

I have been clothes that needed altering or minor mending for years to magic needle, they always come out perfectly. I always need my pants or even skirts to be shortened and they do amazing job every time.

I left Alicia and Suzy the owner 21 items to be altered which i have done many times over the years. After not hearing anything after 2 weeks i called to find out she hadn’t even started on my clothes. I was shocked! What kind of customer service was this??? She said they would be done a week later…3 weeks after they were dropped off. I called 2 times to confirm they would be done and they said yes. When I finally came to pick up my clothes only 4 out of the 21 items were completed even after calling to confirm several times.I’m absolutely devastated that I was treated so poorly. They never once told me the truth! What’s worse is bc she didn’t do my clothes for so long that she totally forgot what she was supposed to do alterations wise, and ruined one of my long rain coats and a very expensive St. John suit jacket!!Terrible customer service and being lied to constantly is unacceptable!!!Service: Alterations
