Bad management or front desk staffers. They tried to scam my Fiancé (who doesn’t know a lot about cars) a few months ago. However friends and I have simple mechanical knowledge. They claimed we needed a whole new alternator (even after explaining we just replaced it) as they claimed a post bolt was stripped. I got the car home and within 1 minute I had the “stripped bolt” off and onto the correct terminal. The man had the audacity to shake my hand as we were towing the car away and said “you almost had it, jusy had to put the ground on the right terminal”. Made my stomach sick. I hope this prevents them from taking advantage of anyone else. 0/10 in honesty, 0/10 in effective communication, 0/10 for trying to take advantage of people. I would not recommend Marty’s auto to someone even if it was the only mechanic shop in Florida.

As always, Marty’s Auto care is very good at identifying all possible issues with my Ford Expedition; Yet they were honest about what really wasn’t necessary at this time. I went in for shock absorbers, but they found that mine were actually working well (It’s just the crummy roads and potholes that are the problem lol). Saved me a couple thousand dollars. Their services for oil change, brake fluid, transmission fluid were very Reasonable-and completed on time. Alex at the front desk always takes his time to explain the work, costs and options in a way that I can understand I would always recommend Marty’s.

Always good service but I only wanted my ignition switch replaced. I told them there were a couple of little things, but not to worry. I rarely use the truck. instead, I got a complete diagnostic and the price was way high and the only thing they did is change my oil and the ignition switch. I thought the price was a little high.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they found several other issues w/ my car. One that was great fully still under warranty from another repair facility. Chris (Service Rep) kept me informed of the whole process and they even gave me a veteran discount. Great Job !!
I will use them again!!
