Nothing too exceptional about this location. I have seen smaller locations with a better layout. The staff need to do a better job of maintaining the store as it has a bit of "rummaged through" appearance. Staff are friendly but very few and not very attentive. Plenty of ample parking which males for a very easy in and out experience.

We did the creatology summer craft activity today in-store with Olivia and it was so fun! The instructor was so nice and engaging with the kids. We can’t wait until our next session!

Why, oh why did ypu put in self service check-out. Things are always tagged that require humans. The live check-out girl was indignant that I wanted her to check me out.
Read the nationwide trend on self-service. Remove these. Everyone will benefit.

I love Michael's, but I guess I am old school. They have approximately 3 self-checkouts, and I would rather interact with a person. It also takes longer to check out when you do it yourself, and I believe I missed a coupon too. ? I know this is where retail is going, but I don't have to like it , sigh.

Love Michaels and the great deals! Staff is always friendly and helpful, they angry questions with a smile. Always have what we need for projects. Will definitely be back to this location!

My closest my go-to for art supplies I need right away. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and it's easy to maneuver through. They offer quite a lot of different products for painting and crafting and baking

I want to give a sincere thank you to Julianne and Brooke in the custom framing department for the wonderful service today. What a team! I came in with an emergency fix for a picture frame glass that I need on my wall for a virtual meeting tomorrow. What kind, considerate, and conscientious work on their part. They helped me by coming up with a quick fix and did so with wonderful smiles on their faces and kind words. This is why I love this Michael’s store. Michael’s, you have the best customer service team in Julianne and Brooke! I appreciated their help so much today. You won’t find that kind of excellent service anywhere else!

I came here for 1 thing, found it right away, and then stood in line for 20 minutes. There is no reason why at 2pm on a Tuesday I should have to wait in line for that long. There were 2 registers open, and both were acting like they had no idea how to do their job. I watched a lady buy 3 folders, and it took the cashier 5 minutes to scan them. Absolutely insane. Stay away from this location.

this store is just.... degrading slowly...one example: section with paint pens is now gone.... now when you want to buy one, its sealed up in a package, and is dry and never works. insane. I'm not gambling on another being dry, or not. and now, that's it. I've lived here for my entire life and watched the retail go down the toilet. never coming here again... this marks the spot. I'll drive to Sam Flax on 50 and try a proper paint pen..... like....get a clue...I haven't been able to go to michaels for anything lately. from basic enamel to basic paint brushes. Why don't you stock one shot or alpha enamels? They're painting STANDARDS.... and no i don't want to order online from you, i want to go into a store and buy what i need. If I wanted to order online thats what I'd do..... jesus...
