My fiancé and I swung in with a nasty 1500 Ram truck…it literally had mold growing on the side of it. Blake helped us at the front and even mentioned that if it doesn’t get everything off to come back around and he would put us through again free of charge. He was a great help

The service was so bad, as soon as I entered I knew something had changed, I didn't realize Mister Car wash brand had taken over. They are consistently the worst, it is not their fault, it's ours for supporting bad business practices and services. Think about this, where else do you spend 14 to 20+$ on a service or product, receive or use a product and immediately feel regret and then you proceed to keep buying that product or paying for that type of bad service? Well .. people do here and all around Florida, that's why they continue to grow while they suck. Today I blame myself... I give this place and myself 1 ⭐

Don’t go here. It’s a total scam! They keep charging me $32 a month for an unlimited car wash subscription. I have gone here in person 3 times to cancel and stop payments and they keep charging my card every month! October is the fifth consecutive month! I’ve had to call my credit card company to cancel my card just to get them to stop charging! Every time I’ve spoken with someone, they swear they have canceled all future charges. Don’t trust these guys!

The system Top Dog used was completely replaced when Mr. Mister took ownership. I used them on 9/17/2023. When I got home, I realized the carwash pulled a huge part of my hood paint off. I filed a claim with the carwash and was informed it may not be covered because they feel it was a pre-existing condition & the blower may have lifted the paint off. They asked me to come by to see the car in person. So be mindful when using this carwash. It sounds like they may be denying liability. It is use at your own risk, in all the years I’ve used carwashes like this one, paint has never come clean off the cars.

I have just moved Oviedo and looked for a car wash near my house. When I find this car wash which change ownership, I was very excited. Because I saw old ownership had a lot of bad reviews. However, I have just tried a car wash at price $26 today. The service guys are very nice and polite, but the car wash machine doesn't good like their service. When I done the car wash out from the machine, both side on my mini van still had some bubbles, and my back door's had some water that is dirty.

I was a member back when it was Top Dog and I am currently a member of the upgraded Mr. car wash. I like to take my time with my vehicle and they never pressure me to hurry up. It’s just a nice laid-back experience. I highly recommended.
