When you find a contractor who does dependably good service, you just have to share the good news. We have been using Alpine Home Services now for several years. We started slow because a lot of contractors start off great and then get sloppy with maintaining appointment times, and consistent good service.But not Alpine Home Services. Both the owner, Walter Ruf and his son, Brenton are consummate professionals who know what they are doing. They are kind, considerate of your home and thorough and knowledgeable in what they are doing. And they can do it all.We started using them to clean our windows inside and out (32 of them) not including glass doors. Then began adding services that they provide. They do pressure cleaning of sidewalks, driveways (sand and seal pavers), soffits, patios and outdoor patios. They even clean solar panels.This week they did it all at a fair price and did not string the job over several days. Though our home exterior paint was still good, the soffits were looking like maybe we out to consider painting sooner rather than later. But after Walter and Brenton were done they looked like there were just painted. Thanks to them, we can put off painting the house for another year.If you are looking for a reliable, honest, fair priced Home Service company you need not look any further. Alpine Home Services restored my roof to the original color. I wish I had taken a before and after picture. I recommend them to anyone who needs their roof cleaned. The price was very reasonable. You will be very happy with the team.

So I had my home windows cleaned and WOW, I can actually see my beautiful trees! Walter and Brenton did a FANTASTIC job! Would highly recommend them. Alpine services is the best, my wife and I have used them for years. We have used them for window washing, paver refinishing, and even a small paint job. Walter and his son are not only wonderful people,they are true craftsman and provide a superior service in every regard .I would not use anyone else.

Our experience with Orlando Services from beginning to end was nothing but professional. We had our pavers power washed, sanded and sealed by Walter and his son. I was convinced our pavers would never look good again because it had been at least 8 years since they had been last sanded and sealed. However, Walter and his son brought them back to life again!!! They look AMAZING!!!! As well as, therock fountains around our swimming pool. We highly recommend Orlando Services and will no doubt use them in the future. Walter also was very quick to reply back to any of my questions/concerns. If you are on the fence with what company to use…this is your company!!!!Service: Power/pressure washing

Walt and his crew always do an excellent job! He is always friendly and willing to go a step or two extra to make sure the job gets done correctly. (I had a few stubborn screens that didn't want to come out) I highly recommend Walt for any window washing needs. Walter and his crew did a fabulous job of pressure washing my dad's modular home. We had contracted Orlando Services, previously to pressure wash a pool deck, patio, and driveway at another location a couple of times. In each instance, they moved patio furniture, plants, etc. and completed all the prep work to ensure a seamless, super clean surface. Walter and the crew also returned all moved items to their precise original locations. They removed mildew and grime and left the modular home looking spotless (as they did with the aforementioned driveway, deck, and patio in past services ). This company is punctual, courteous, and extremely professional! Also, their prices are fair and reasonable. Orlando Services we’re quick to respond with a work estimate. They showed up earlier than scheduled, they let me know. They sent a team of three. They cleaned windows inside and out. Cleaned screens and hard to reach windows. Workers were pleasant and efficient. Plan to use them again and refer others to them.
