I don’t even know where to begin. This was the worst pedicure I have ever received. I asked for the chocolate pedicure. While he did start off with the chocolate scrub, it was supposed to be followed by a chocolate mask, then chocolate lotion. Unfortunately, he used mint lotion and a menthol gel??? Luckily, my friend sitting next to me was getting the same pedicure and her nail tech saw what he was doing and corrected him. He then did the gel polish which was an extra $20…seriously…$20 for gel??? Most places only charge $5!!! Then he started filing my nails when the gel wasn’t even dry yet. When I got home, I noticed that my nails were completely messed up! He put the UV light on them to seal the gel so I have no idea how this happened. I went back the next day to get my money back and was told that they don’t do refunds. They offered to redo the polish but I didn’t have time for that and just wanted to get my money back. I paid $65 for a pedicure that will have to be redone (somewhere else) and the owner could care less. She told me that their policy is no refunds. When I asked her why they wouldn’t offer a refund she continued to tell me “You should know this. You saw our policy”. Their refund policy is not posted anywhere in the store. I had no idea what she was talking about. This was the worst customer service I think I have ever received. Please don’t waste your time and money. Just go somewhere else.

Mia was an excellent technician. She took her time preparing my pedicure so it was beautiful when done. She took my ugly finger nails to looking super nice.

Jenny is amazing! My whole family loves coming here because they are such great, efficient, fast workers with beautiful execution. I've always loved my nails coming out of here and Jenny is the best!
