Dr. Hassan and his staff make me feel like I'm at a doctor's office of 50 years ago. The office staff, especially Sylvia, treats you with sincere empathy and respect. They go the extra mile to accommodate you. Dr. Hassan himself does not rush his time with you, but takes care to explain your situation, your best options for treatment, and generally how to improve your condition. I have not felt this way about general practitioners for some time, given what has apparently become the need for expediency to process lots of patients. This medical practice is a gem.

Greatest team of medical professionals I have as my personal health care team.I highly recommend Dr. Hassan.I was misdiagnosed at the ER and called Oviedo Primary with the issues I continued to have and was told to come right in.The doctor reviewed the report and results from the ER and found a miss reading in my results.Dr. Hassan called a friend (surgeon) and admitted me to the hospital same day.Never have I ever felt so cared about by a doctor.I was told 2 hours of delay I very well would have died. Dr. Hassan text messaged the hospital team until late in the night to check on me over my stay.Much love and respect to Oviedo Primary Team!

The receptionist…will call you ma’am so nothing personal there.I still don’t understand why some needed records from a specialist never made it back to this office not only for me but also another patient, ran into a similar issue. Did I call and bring it up? Yes, several times. I had gone for abdomen imaging showing more than a half a dozen kidney stones. I had been in pain and there was no follow up getting my records from a kidney stone surgery the year prior that was not a simple removal and had a stent for 10 days and an infection post surgery. Yes it was painful. Kidney stones are one of the worst pains one can have.This office gave a 2 week notice around the holidays that they were dropping my insurance and did not send a letter in the mail regarding this to patients.The pcp was rigid from day 1.He did make my life more difficult on several occasions by letting me basically know without seeing a specialist first he would not refill a compounded medicine I had been on for years. I had to negotiate that I would see a specialist but could he write the r/x…Another r/x the pcp cut without even seeing me and when I mentioned it and left several messages I got no answer. When I asked in person his response was just go see a specialist and his advice to add a medication to what was already working. The pcp insulted the medical profession with strange idea’s he verbally mentioned on certain conditions, it made me feel very uncomfortable with him and mistrusting in him listening to his odd idea’s and his insulting of the intelligence of my Dr. that had passed on as well as my prior Dr. that had had closed his practice during covid.The office here…I have heard the staff making derogatory remarks about a patient behind the closed reception area glass window, appalling, unprofessional and alarming. I have never experienced that in any medical office.My last visit I waited over 1.5 hours in the exam room before being seen. I was dizzy when I had gotten there coming from the blood lab. I mentioned to him my arm was gushing blood as I was leaving the blood lab. A patient in the waiting area as I was leaving had to yell out for help. The pcp here when I mentioned it on my appointment, didn’t even look at. Most likely the lab tech missed and got my artery not a vein as blood that gushed out was clotted outside on my purse and on my things in my purse and the blood itself did not look the same. My arm was throbbing until 4 a.m. that evening.Just prior to the abrupt notice they were dropping my ins. I was asked to do an overwhelming amount of things one being blood labs. My blood work came back and there were quite a few panels that were in the high alert, red flag zone. No one called. I discovered that myself through an appMy PTSD had heightened and no I can not recommend this pcp.
