Everyone was so lovely and very helpful! I wasn’t able to pick up my car due to not having another person to take me to the shop, and one of the employees was very sweet and picked me up as I lived close by. They are super kind and caring people and definitely will be going many more times for my car problems

I've been going there for years and the new manager was very quick and I feel like I got ripped off Both my front tires locked up after leaving this place.Almost gotten a car accident.Do not trust them

I wasn’t going to write a review but Subaru just told me my breaks that were replaced a year ago at pep boys need to be replaced bc they are worn out. This is less than a week after I was stuck in 100F weather at a car wash bc my car ran out of battery, 13 months after I had a new battery placed at Pep boys!. The triple A technician said the battery was from 8/2022, I looked at my payment receipt and it was from 4/2023! Per the AAA technician they put a cheap Autozone battery that they got on sale bc it was so small and old. He said in average in the florida heat they last 2 years. This battery didn’t even make it to two years. I do remember Pepbkys saying they didn’t have a battery for my car and they had to send a runner to get one. I figured they got it from
Another pep boys and not across the street from
Autozone and got me a cheap old battery and charged me premium price. I paid less for a high quality battery I got from AAA than then one I paid from pep boys a year ago. And Now Subaru is telling me a new to redo my breaks? I feel robbed. I don’t see where I can upload photos of my purchases and proof on here. If I figure it out I will add.
-update 6/19/24- Pepboys asked me to email them with the details of the service which I did on 6/8/24. They asked for a service work order! I can’t make this up. Who has that if not Pepboys!? I only send what I had, dates of service and service received with my vehicle information . Then I just received an email today- 11 days after sending the initial email that this is a third party issue and to call a 1-800 number. I don’t know what a third party issue means but overall issue still not resolved.

I normally don’t like writing reviews but I had to write one in this case. Juan and Patrick were two individuals that provided extraordinary service. I came to Pep Boys weeks ago and Juan assisted in the most optimal way. Returning back to Pep Boys just a few days ago, met Juan again, not only recognizing me and the situation, he took care of my issue as if there was no issue to begin with. Juan had Patrick assigned to the task. Patrick is an outstanding mechanic/technician who breaks down the issue and the why’s. Truly a great team here! These are the type of employees that make me remember what incredible customer service is.

Poor customer service. After I blew a nearly new tire on the highway I went to Pepboys on Alafaya to get it replaced. They sold me as well a TMPS service which I did not want but they insisted as per their"policy". After picking my truck up again I realized that this tire did not register in the pressure monitoring system and I went back to ask why. Then I found out that the TPMS sensor got destroyed during the blow out and they didn't even bother to call me if I wanted it to be replaced. They just installed a valve and remounted the tire. So I bought a new sensor, went back and now they told me that they can not install customer parts as per their policy.
This is a tire service which does not care and charge customers for items they did not do. Pepboys on Alafaya in Oviedo is a place where I will never go again. Be aware.

I paid for new tires dec2023 , 3 month later I discover that the tires were dated January 2021

I will always recommend pep boys. They have take care of my Xterra. Now she runs so smooth. Also excellent customer service and a fair price. They consistently check on me as my car was repaired.

This location did a nice job on new tires and a brake repair for my granddaughter, so I returned to them for new brakes, and to address the ABS warning lights that came on in my 2010 Mazda Tribute.

I used to take my car to the location in Union Park but after several times when they took all day to get my car back to me, regardless of how small the job was, I decided to try a different location only to learn that "all day" seems to be the standard at Pep Boys because after having my car for over EIGHT HOURS, they still failed to complete one of the jobs I requested. The staff (in Oviedo, NOT Union Park) was very friendly but considering this kind of thing seems to be the standard, I think it's a good idea for someone in senior management to find out what's not working because I'm not the first customer they lost because of this.

We had a 1pm appointment for a 30 minute job. Arrived back shortly before closing at 7pm and they hadn’t even started working on the car. Juan informed me it would be done in 30 minutes and they didn’t finish until 815pm. We will not be going back to this location. Horrible customer service and awful communication
