We took a dog obedience class here. The store is well organized and well stocked. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Lines are short.

My dog Lacey got an ear infection because the groomer didn’t honor our request to put cotton in her ears and to trim the hairs. The store manager Gio has done everything possible to defend himself and not honor the customer. He offered to pay for the vet visit with a max fee of 50.00. I advised him that I had a wellness plan that covered the office visit but didn’t cover the medicine or the ear swab/cleanse. He then offered 30.00 and then argued that he called Banfield to get my pet records only for his purpose of parting ways with me. I have called the corporate office and have spoke to 7 Pet Smart employees who all promise to escalate my issue. Gio offered to give me a free grooming but I declined because I never want to do business with them again. I need immediate resolution! I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Pet Smart has failed me! Buyer beware because their corporate will do nothing to help you.

I am simply giving a 5 star rating for the person me & my wife had the pleasure of meeting & having train our family pup, Nala.
She is fantastic, great teaching ability, so passionate, & yet so kind & tactful with us, her clients. Her professionalism meets the standard of someone much older and experienced yet, she is younger than I am (I’m 26). She is presenting information to us, straight to us & not glancing at her notes 24/7. She knows her stuff so well but sadly, she will be leaving for reasons I’m sure are very understandable/reasonable. Petsmart do what y’all can to keep her but if not, this is another personal thank you for all the help Ms Mari!

i recently went to my regular petsmart to buy cat food & the cashier who rung up my order was not friendly at all. she never greeted me. she didn't ask for my rewards number for my transaction. barely even said a word. on top of that she snatched my basket from me when i was trying to place it on the counter & take my items out? her name was like amber? audrey? aubrey? anywho worst customer service from this lady that i have ever gotten at this petsmart. i've never had anything bad to say about this petsmart until now. i drive out of my way for this specific location but if people are going to be rude i might as well go to the one closer to me!

We no longer have any pets, but when we did, PetSmart by far was our place to go. Great selection of products, and great service.

The Groomers are friendly, caring, and do an excellent job. PetSmart prohibits tipping the Groomers when you check out and pay for the service with a credit card. If you want to show appreciation for a job well done by the Groomers, you better have cash. Very poor policy by PetSmart.

It's a meeting ground for people, and pets, and everything pet related. It's a playground, toy store, restaurant, and a meeting place.Their grooming team delivered an A+ experience! I was able to to come in for same day service, and they trimmed my dogs nails when everyone else has had to sedate him to do so! The grooming team was amazing!

Dr Rodriguez is the best My pom likes seeing Dr Rodriguez and Ricky I believe they they give 110% to the animals.
